Very clean carwash! I always go to this carwash, and very honest people running this carwash. I highy recommended this car wash. Tiara.

got a monthly package, been there 3 times and they have missed cleaning my instrument panel and door panel every time. cancelled my package. not worth paying for inside cleaning they don't do. outside looks amazing.

The ONLY thing DELUXE about my Car Wash was the RIP OFF! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEYPurchased the "Deluxe Car Wash" Package! After paying to have my car cleaned, both inside and out, I was thoroughly disappointed to see that all 4 doors still had dog prints on them, the floor mats and seats in the 2nd and 3rd rows still had dog hair on them, and the rear view mirror was still spotted and streaked.I had an appointment at Karl Chevrolet and noticed the dirt on the front passenger side door as I drove the 20 minutes to Ankeny. I thought perhaps they had missed the one spot in the car, then noticed the rear view mirror. Again, two small spots that I can quickly and easily clean up before the installation of my new car mats. I ran inside the parts department and purchased a spray bottle of car cleaner and received a free microfiber cloth with the purchase (only good part of the day!) As I went out to clean the two spots, I started to remove the mats in preparation for the new mats. When I opened the back door I was faced with the same dirty car I drove into Mister Car Wash With. At that point, I cancelled my floor mat instillation so I could go back and have Mister Car Wash correct their oversight.Upon returning to Mister Car Wash (within the hour), I was asked to provide proof via my receipt before the Manager would come speak with me. I had the receipt, much to his dismay. When I showed him the mud in the Drivers side door (I had cleaned the 3 others before I was upset enough to decide to bring the car back to show him how dirty it still was) he replied, "Oh I see that". Then I opened the back door and showed him all the dog hair. His reply to the dog hair was, "Our vacuums are not strong enough to get dog hair off of car seats." After a bit more discussion where the vacuum mantra was repeated about 4 times I became irate. I raised my voice and yelled that I was going to let everyone know how horrible the service was and that I was never coming back again. Yes, I admit I cussed, but being told a car wash didn't have vacuums strong enough to pick up dog hair is just ridiculous! It was at this point that the manager wanted to "take my car and wipe up the mud"...notice...not a thing said about the dog hair.... YEAH... THEY SUCK!

The car wash is about average. However, it definitely needs more time for drying the car. The worst thing about membership is that they close their car wash every time it rains and snows. So if you want to wash your car during those times it will not happen at least at their car wash.

I would tell my best friend to be watching out for some old guy who can not hear nor see. He tried to take my laundry and he got into my face. I went to the person who was watching over the place and she said that she could not do anything about this person. So I take my buiness elsewhere. At least I don't have to worry about some old person who would rather yell than look at what's he is doing.
