Love what they do, providing an opportunity for families to purchase gently used items at an affordable price... but their customer service is horrible!!! When you ask a question, you get a look that says... I hate my job, I don’t feel like being here, nor do I feel like answering your question. No one looks at you when answering the question ... very disrespectful. It was as if they were out all night and just came in to work... I was in disbelief. I wonder if anyone in management reads these reviews regarding customer service. Doesn’t seem like much is changing. Disappointing for such a great business.

50/50 Of the time find I great deals. I do give them credit for what they sale. It’s all about when you get there. As far as their customer service, they need to really work on that. There has been too many times I’ve asked questions and they’ve been rude or too lazy to look for a shoe I want! Which really aggravates me. They’ve put them in the wrong bin and I want to purchase them, I won’t come back like they tell you to.. so look now. There have been some associates that have been nice enough to look and find it. It’s not acceptable.

I have been selling my gently used and stylish childrens clothes from GAP, JUSTICE, CHILDREN'S PLACE, AEROPOSTALE, BOUTIQUES, ETC. they were reasonable when I first started selling to them. However, my last couple visits were very disappointing. They separate outfits that are perfectly compared to what is on their racks. Dirty stained sweatshirts from Gap but yet turn my clothes away. Suggestion, maybe go through your inventory or have employees who can appreciate nice clothing. I also sold clean and hardly used Barbie motorized Jeep that sells for 250 - 300 in stores today and they offered 40. It was fine bc it wasn't ended and I didn't have anyone who wanted it. However, not very good judgment especially to the items I saw for sale in their store.

DO NOT SELL TO THEM!!! What a...

DO NOT SELL TO THEM!!! What a rip off. Gave me 1 1/2 wait and took my items and told me to come back. Brought in my son's clothes from last year that he grew out of ranging in size from 5-7 along with some toddler toys. They did not return all of the toys to me which I did not see until I got home. Only toy they wanted (of course) was the play kitchen which was in pristine condition. Gave me $25 for it and refused to give me anything for all the food and tea set. $25 for the whole thing because as we all know -"the food is not extra". I certainly remember that Christmas and buying the food because it did not come with it nor did the tea set. As for the clothes, they refused to purchase all of them and told me they smelled like they were in the basement. They were cleaned and folded as they demanded and three people said they did not smell like a basement. Matter of fact the basket within which they were in was never even disturbed exactly how I brought it in. I should have mentioned that I was too close to their closing time and they gave me an 1 1/2 wait. Wanted to give them no stars but felt people would think it was not a review. Worst experience of my life - my son had clothes from Children's Place, Gymborie, PS Aeropostale and some of the clothes had their tags still on. Would rather donate them to Purple Heart. I am unclear how clothes with tags on them smell like a basement. This place only wanted to give you 30% of what they sell for 70% off. Wasn't worth the gas..
