Have been a member for over a year. Would recommend you obtain more thigh exercise machines. What prompted this comment - this past Friday, two women sat on these machines for over ten minutes, just talking most of the time with some intermittent exercise. I was unable to complete this exercise since I could no longer wait for them to leave the machines.Similar happening today with a man and woman spending a lot of time talking between the exercise.These are popular machines and believe you should purchase more. It would also be a great idea to remind members that the machines are for exercising and if they want to talk to please free up the equipment. Also, the music some days is extremely loud! Thank you. I had the same exact experience as Andrea S. Except I stuck with them for a year an half, stupid I know. Everytime there was an issue, either payment or personal information or a photo... I could never just go work out! Monthly payments never went as scheduled in my contract, resulting in fubar-ing all the rest of my bills on automatic payment. Less than classy attitudes, worse customer service, talked down to like I had a zero IQ and those kids at the front desk have to 15-20 younger than myself. Finally I had enough, cancelled my contract and had my bank issue me a new card incase their billing department didnt get the memo. I do not recommend this gym to anyone, zero gym etiquette with other members, people using the only squat rack for arms when there is plently of other equipment open and just as effective. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT SIGN UP!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. It took me 3 months of calling and walking in to get my membership cancelled because and on those 3 months I lost almost $500 in "membership fees" because instead of cancelling my account and taking out the cancellation fee ( like several people said they could), I was charged my unrefundable membership fee every month I was trying to cancel. I had someone " leave a message or talk to the manager" several times in those few months, yet when I actually talked to him, he had no idea what I was talking about and he was just as rude and unhelpful as the woman in "billing" that I had talked to 2 months beforehand. Both kept repeating over and over again that I had signed up for a 12 month membership (I know, that's what I'm trying to pay a fee to cancel!!!) I will never go back here again and I absolutely do not recommend this gym to anyone unless you enjoy being lied to, talked down to, and heaven forbid you ever have to cancel for any reason.
