horrible - I took in my car for them to evaluate something, not touch it. I paid them $150 to do that. They disconnected the convertible top with out my request and it now gives off an error message in the car every 30 seconds that they dont have time fix. Stay away from their service

This dealership is full of liars. I've had problems with my brakes since I purchased my vehicle. When I brought my car in for service, the service manager, Tony told me nothing was wrong and that all KIA's (and Hyundai's) have low brake pedals. I refused to accept that answer and at that point is when Tony put in a new master cylinder but told me my car wouldn't feel any different. Surprise, it didn't. I don't believe he put a new cylinder in. When I was still having problems I called Denville KIA to have my car looked at. About a half hour later, a girl called to reschedule my appointment because Tony wanted to look at my car and he wasn't going to be in on the day I scheduled my appointment. I proceeded to tell her that I wasn't going to wait for Tony. This is a brake problem and needs to be fixed NOW. that said, I took my car to hackettstown KIA. That's when I found out that Tony in Denville never bled my brakes after replacing the master cylinder and he didn't bother telling me my rotors were warped. I had to pay a diagnostic fee at Hackettstown because Denville didn't service my brakes properly. I then called consumer affairs who told me I can go to Denville and get reimbursed because if they had done the job properly the first time, I would not have needed to have my brakes bled. So, I then called Denville. Tony said he doesn't have to reimburse for work another dealership did and then he told me hackettstown shouldn't have bled my brakes because master cylinders bleed themselves. WHAT??? And this is the service manager. I'd give a million dollars to someone who can tell me what master bleeds itself. Aside from all this, Denville should be ashamed. They made me drive a car with failing brakes and told me there was nothing wrong with my car and all KIA' s have low brake pedals. He's lucky I'm only asking for $112 for the diagnostic fee I paid hackettstown. I could eadilyo call the warranty company and let them know he didn't finish the job when he replaced the master cylinder and then the warranty company would take back well over the $112 I'm asking for. But for the way I've been treated I'm going go call the warranty. Run far away from this dealership. They will send you off in a car that is unsafe to drive and tell you its normal. You're better off going to Hackettstown. Very honest people who know what they're doing.
My experience with Towne Hyundai today was the absolute WORST Customer service I have EVER received!Mr. Micheal Elston is without a doubt the most unfriendly, inconsiderate, officious, and down-right RUDE man I have met and it is totally due to his treatment of my disabled wife and I that I will do everything I can legally get away with to ruin the reputation of this facility as long as he is associated with it...And since I just bought my Hyundai 11 months ago, I'll be coming here to check for a long time.Remember this name - MICHAEL ELSTON, Maintenance Supervisor, Towne Hyundai, Denville, NJ.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!I would rate this facility lower than 1 star if I could just because of how this man treated us.
