Lost package and getting no answers. Unable to contact the postmaster, cant' even get his/her name.Tracking number indicates it was scanned in at this location but no one knows where it is.
I got absolutely NOWHERE!!! You need real live people... NOTHING worked. I can speak clear and precise English also...so WHAT is YOUR problem????? This is NOT my error. Miserably disappointing service number.

They lost my package and never updated me on what happened...it's been almost a week n a half and still no word from the post office after several attempts on my part to figure out where my package was.

I had a bad experience and can't recommend the Bear Valley station of the United States Postal Service. I paid $18 priority mail to send a box of Halloween candy for my nieces and nephew in Minnesota. I did this at the Bear Valley station on Oct. 24. It was expected to arrive Oct. 27. It's finally being delivered today.For over a week, I tried to track down the package with no success. Now I know why. My family got a note yesterday that they owed $18 for postage. I called the delivery supervisor at the Hopkins, Minnesota, station today to provide proof of purchase. He found the box - there was no postage and no delivery confirmation tracking number on it. He said he thought it probably had been sent bulk mail instead.I've written the Office of the Consumer Advocate at the USPS to register an official complaint and request a full refund.
Lady called "Bobby" OVERCHARCHED me and REFUSED to check my international package saying its no more here without checking it. (It was there only which I picked it up after talking to USPS customer service and doing complaint against her.)Explanation: The lady behind the desk named "Bobby" is the worst person ever. She is rude, unfriendly and overcharged me for the first class parcel that I needed to deliver. She forcefully used the mailed cushion cover when I said I don't need it and charged me extra for the first class parcel. The worst is yet to come as below.. I also had an important international package which showed online that it was arrived at this UPSP and which was "undelivered". When I gave "Bobby" the tracking number and status printed, she directly told me that it is already on its way to return back to India and she can not do anything. I was like-- " how can you returned it immediately since it was arrived in the post office just 2 days back and that too undelivered. Is there any way you can check it and let me know anything about it, since it was arrived in your office. She said NO. She also mentioned she need to go to lunch in next 3 minutes. I was very stressed, as the documents were important and I had a deadline to submit it. I went home, call USPS customer service and the person told me that the parcel is still in the same office. Wow!!! I went back and asked that I need to speak with Manager "Trudy". The manager refused to come so the mailman came to help and he easily found the parcel. The address and everything was right and still USPS stated UNDELIVERED. When I asked for complaint/feedback form, the mailman gave the black paper teared. I asked that I need the official form, then he said we don't have one. The manager "Trudy" was available as he was continuously going back and forth to ask her but she refused to come. She did not had the courtesy to come personally to talk for this horrific experience. After reading the other reviews, it would not be difficult to note that the international people are treated NOT right, their work not done and/or are overcharged for the services. SHAME on this post office and trashy people working there as "Bobby" and manager "Trudy"!!! XXXX
OVERCHARGES! I run a small publishing company. Occasionally, i get an order for international shipping for which I get a quote. For some reason, the person behind the desk decided not to term my package 'an envelope' but rather 'a parcel' because it was wrapped in cardboard even though it fit easily through a mail slot template WHICH SHE SHOWED ME. As a result the cost was more than twice the cost. Meanwhile the post office by my day job had no problem terming the package "envelope" and away it shipped. I will not be using this post office again.
SO AFTER BEING ABUSED & ASSAULTED FOR 10 YEARS, I FINALLY HAVE THE COURAGE TO LEAVE MY HUSBAND, AND WITH A RESTRAINING ORDER. I GO TO THIS POST OFFICE BOUGHT A PO BOX AND HAVE MY MAIL FORWARDED, WELL THEY DID'NT FORWARD MY MAIL AFTER FILLING OUT A FORWARD CARD RIGHT AT THE DESK WITH THE CLERK 4 TIMES, AND 4 MONTHS LATER. I FINALLY RECEIVED MY JUNK MAIL, HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN LATE FEES FROM BILLS I NEVER RECEIVED. DID THEY CARE, HELL NO ! THE EX HUSBAND SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH FRAUD, AND STILL SHOULD BE. NOW TODAY ABOUT 1 YEAR LATER. I GO TO MOTOR VEHICLE TO HAVE MY NAME CHANGED NOT MY ADDRESS. I WANT TO DISTANCE MYSELF SOOO FAR AWAY FROM THE HORROR OF MY PAST, AND MOTOR VEHICLE SENT IT TO MY PRIOR ADDRESS!!! INCOMPETENT!!!!! I CALL THE POST OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHY THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED IT TO MOTOR VEHICLE? MY NAME IS NOT ON ADDRESS? YOU ARE TO NOTIFY THE POST OFFICE OF ANY NEW PERSON OR WHEN YOU MOVE. THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK TO MOTOR VEHICLE, THEY DIDN'T. SO NOW MY EX- HAS MY DRIVER LICENCE WITH MY NEW LAST NAME & ADDRESS & KNOWING HIM I WILL HAVE ALL KINDS OF IDENTITY THEFT.... I HOPE THEY SELL OFF THE POST OFFICE TO PRIVATE PARTIES. AT LEAST PEOPLE WILL GET FIRED INSTEAD OF THEIR JACKED UP UNION THAT REFUSES TO GET RID OF THE INCOMPETENCY THAT STINKS UP THE WHOLE SYSTEM!!!!
