I have used Denver Travel twice; once to travel to Australia and more recently to travel to China. For the China trip I found Pamela very aloof, to the point where I felt I was ‘bothering her’ when asking details about my trip. I ended up using email vs phone calls because I felt uncomfortable talking to her. I am not sure who actually did the work, (Denver Travel or Swain - the company she coordinated excursions with) but if I am dropping $10K I expect to be treated better. I have 2 continents left on my To Do List and I am 100% sure that they will NOT be done using Denver Travel. The trip went well (after 5 revisions of my itinerary to ‘get it right’) but I do not recommend using Denver Travel.
Very Poor, my luggage was pilfered, I got very little if any help in starting the process, every time I was "transferred" I was hung up on. None of the number given me for local help (Denver) would never connect. This company doesn't deserve the name American

I recently had a 3 hour layover at Denver Airport and found a great food selection, free charging stations and moving sidewalks everywhere. They have free WiFi as well. If you're going to have a long layover, this is one of the better airports to do so.
