I wanted some metallic to make my floors pop, and I'm an artist and perfectionist yet I was very surprised. Great experience and great job! Very happy!
JJ and Billy were very polite , on time, efficient, respectful, and hard working. They were very good about explaining process. They appear to work very well together. Thank you.
You guys were very professional and paid great attention to detail!
Extremely professional! Asked us questions throughout the process to make sure we liked the end result. Would use you guys again!
Thank you for your courtesy, professionalism and fabulous job!
I am really impressed with the entire process and very happy we chose Denver Dustless! Our floors look great, more than we could have hoped for and I think that's due to JJ and Billy! Great crew & totally will recommend them to anyone that needs hardwood refinishing. Thank you!!
It is really nice that the BBB lets this company buy an A+ rating. They do installs for Home Depot, they do not answer the phone, return calls, or care about the customer. This company is a joke.
Angelo came out to refinish my hardwood flooring in my kitchen. He did a 1/2 job. He sanded the floor and put a polyurethane coat on it without re-staining the sanded floor. The floor actually looked worse than when he started, you could see uneven color from where he had sanded, but put no stain. He charged $750.00 for a 123 sq ft room and then told me if I wanted the floor completely sanded, re-stained and coated, it would cost another $750.00. I did some checking around and found Dardano's flooring who came out, estimated the same job (completely sanded, re-stained and coated 3x) for $650.00 and did an excellent job. I went back to Angelo and asked for a refund. I offered to pay for his time and material and he agreed to a partial refund of $350.00, which I never received. I ended up paying $1400.00 for a job that would have only cost me $650.00, and Angelo did not care. I would not recommend Epoxy and more to anyone. Please beware.
T&G flooring submitted a bid on our new home based on a square footage estimate that was 11% higher than the actual square footage. Who would have thought that you would actually have to measure all the rooms in your house. We were comparing pricing with others on a per square footage basis and assumed the company could be trusted to measure the rooms accurately. Whether intentional or unintentional it did not matter since we signed a lump sum contract and was not until after we had a lot of wood left over that we realized that there was the error in the measurement. And T&G gets to keep the excess flooring material. So T&G got paid for 11% more wood than they put down and they got to keep the wood that I paid for, because the contract says so. So measure your rooms and compare closely to the quote! We also had squeaky stair floors, excess slopping of stain on the baseboard and bugs actually boring out of the top of the wood floor.Beware!
