From what I could tell, Gary did a great job on my personal taxes. Unfortunately with my business taxes I can't say the same. My business taxes were filed completely incorrectly and submitted to the wrong state. Gary had no interest in fixing the problem as I brought it up over the course of 3 months, starting in March when I was first informed by a state that taxes weren't filed. Gary just wanted to point fingers at everybody else, and wanted me to clean up the mess he made. Too bad I have no clue what I'm doing, and went specifically to a professional in order to handle it all for me.After ignored emails and phone calls, I called again and was able to speak to Gary. He gave me the same spiel he had told me the last several times we spoke, which was basically for me to do the work myself. Then Gary Bayer hung up on me when I explained to him that I was relying on him to do the work (as I have no clue how to do it, and that's why I was paying a professional) and that he had put me in the position. This old man may be just a little bit senile. You should probably look for a different accountant if you're considering him.

Can you give negative numbers?? Read BBB complaint from 2017!!! All they did was criticize instead of having any facts. The mailman lost the mail specifically for this guy to the IRS once in Sept. of 2013 and twice in Dec. of 2013 (2 separate filings), then lost the W-2 and W-3 filings once in 2013, lost the IRS mail again for this same guy from the same firm in March of 2014, again in June of 2014, again in September of 2014, twice in Dec of 2014 (2 separate filings again), then finally one more time in January of 2015??? Seriously?? That is what they are claiming? That they mailed each one, but the IRS has no record of any of them?? Now they claim he blames them for not doing what they were paid to do? I always thought any company hired to do a job was simply to do that job, I did not realize that hired professionals paid to handle tax submission first interviewed whether or not the client would be their friend, was married or divorced, had a housekeeper or girlfriend, used a cab driver, etc. What does any of that have to do with IRS taxes? Which IRS form asks for this information? Sounds like owner or employee has personal issues, nothing to do with the service they were hired to provide. And they kept 2 checks for 2 years? Sounds like criminal charges should be filed.
Very professional and knowledgeable.. I would definitely recommend Judy and all about taxes to friends and my business partners.DG
Carol Klimmer, President of Grant Street Associates Inc. and Managing Partner of Trinity Properties a Colorado Partnership was our family and business accountant for a number of years, starting in about 1993 partway through 2013 when she was terminated.A potential client should be aware that Carol Klimmer is not a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), so is not subject to professional licensing standards or sanctions. The full impact of this fact may only become apparent in the unfortunate event a dispute should occur at some future date. Should you decide to retain her after reading this review, be sure to obtain a Letter of Engagement (LOE) that spells out fee structure, standards of practice, confidentiality, and especially, one that fully addresses return of client records during and after disengagement. A good practice is that the LOE be renewed annually. She has threatened action against me for other reviews posted here that she erroneously attributes to me, so I wanted to be sure and set the record straight using my own name.I may be contacted at craigbaker AT mtnhomes.com
Klimmer did a great job on our taxes, right up until she inexplicably stopped talking to us. I could go into great detail, but I honestly don't want to relive the experience. In a nutshell, she didn't file our taxes and lied repeatedly as to why they weren't done. She must have had fifty crazy excuses, and a lot of squirrels with a craving for telephone wire. In the end, it took YEARS to get our records back, and a number of trips and calls to the IRS just to stay out of trouble with them. The only reason I couldn't resolve this matter professionally is because Carol is/was not a CPA. This meant I had no recourse other than to wait. I would rather a chimp handle my business records than deal with Klimmer ever again. And now I am traumatized.Worst. Experience. Ever.
I have always had trouble with my taxes since retiring from the Marine Corps. All of the so called expert big tax companies could not figure out my retirement taxes. But Judy and the staff at All About Taxes were always locked on. I now will go no where else. All About Taxes is my tax company for life.
I would not trust anyone else. Each time this year I meet with Judy and her team and its like seeing family. God bless this business and all they touch. TR
I WILL NEVER TAKE MY TAXES ANYWHERE ELSE BUT ALL ABOUT TAXES JUDY AND DENISE ARE THE BEST!!!
