We checked several businesses last Friday looking for a receptionist desk. Came across Denver Desks and talked to Marcos. Listed on their website was a desk at $577. Marcos stated the delivery & set fee up would cost an additional $100. After informing him we were a nonprofit organization assisting senior homeless men and women in Denver, he offered to drop the deliver & set up fee and offered and additional $77 off. So, our cost went from $677 to $500! Within a week and a half we had our desk! We are totally pleased with the quality of the desk AND the customer service we received! I bought a desk from JB Office Furniture. It looked great in the store. When I received it in my home office it became clear that the refinishing job JB Office did was very poor and/or rushed (it was still tacky). I called Marcos and told him that I was dissatisfied with desk's finish and he fixed it immediately and used great character and communication skill to make this right. I'd buy from some one like Marcos any day because of his integrity! Thank you!
