GO ELSEWHERE - VERY POOR SERVICE ......Had difficulty ordering and receiving replacement CPAP mask and headgear. AeroCare's records did not agree with the equipment that I was given initially. Made numerous calls to get matter resolved, got the run around. If your experience is a bad as mine complain to your health care provider. There must be better vendors of this equipment.

I have been trying to get Aerocare to provide my CPAP supplies for months. They want you to provide all the information that the doctor has and then they wants to further rip you off by having you make appointment and come visit with their respiratory therapist before they will provide the supplies that my insurance pays for. I think they are quacks and trip off artist and this faction of the medical industry is a farce. I would find someone else to get your supplies from. If I could give them no stars I would. They are just terrible.
Very poor customer service. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. I have to call almost every other week to remind about oxygen delivery.
Totally lacks any idea what of customer service means! I was a NEW customer and after 3 weeks of waiting gave up and went elsewhere.
This company doesn`t give a damn about patients..We were told that oxygen would be delivered within 2 hours of the initial call..Oxygen finally came after my mom was out of oxygen for 2 hours...THEY TELL YOU DRIVER WILL CALL,NEVER HAPPENS..WAITING FOR CALL FOR A BACK PACK FOR PORTABLE TANK,NO CALL
If I could give them zero stars I would. I had an oxygen concentrator for one month and because it was ordered in a partial month and returned in two weeks they are charging me for two month!! Rip off artists and not very friendly at all. When I tried to call customer service i waited on the phone for over 10 minutes and finally gave up. DO NOT USE THEM!!! What is wrong with these types of patient service companies. I have yet to find one that cares about the patient whatsoever.
I went in to pick up my supplies like I have done so many times before, I went into the office I always went in no one there I was in that office for about 10 minutes give or take. Then I went into the front office where I was then asked if I had an appointment gave my name told her I was in that office for 10 minutes and no one was in there I DAT and waited for someone to bring my supplies, in the meantime I'm listening to two of the women whisper about another employee then Tammy mentioned something to another employee and they argued the atmosphere was so bad I felt guilty for being there! That is not very professional.. If they can't get along they shouldn't be there. I work at a Walmart store and there more employees and not so much drama as I saw today in that small office.. Really bad professionalism really bad
I am so pleased to have found this company. There are many places to go to for handicapped supplies and you never know how things will go. My sister is a paraplegic with cerebral palsy. She's on Medicaid and Medicare. Lynn knew just how to process the new wheelchair, she always responded to my phone calls. Dave spent 4 hours fitting her to the new chair. They made this so easy. One thing I especially liked was that Dave talked to my sister, worked with her and made her feel important. He didn't ignore her & just talk to me. This company is the best in my opinion, because probably anyone can get the job done, but these guys care about the customer.
