DO NOT JOIN THEThis would be a good gym and family place to go if only they didn't hire know it all and very rude kids to run the out Door swimming pool.I was asked today very aggressively was that REDheaded kid my son!!For some reason this kid in charge of the swimming pool must be no more than 16/17 himself wanted to pick on my son and said he couldn't swim.My son has passed the 3rd level swimming test and has no problem in the deep end.He was a bit upset because his brother was in the deep end and this kid in charge of the kids and adults told him he wasn't allowed in the deep end even though he's been there a million times before and never had a problem. There was kids in the deep end half his size and age but nothing was said about them. This kid obviously had a problem with my red headed son as he said to me aggressively. It's amazing it's one of the most expensive gyms/clubs to join in denver and for all the money we pay.Don't join this club for your own sake

I have learned my lesson about reading contracts before signing them thanks to Matrix Fitness & Spa. Last year I spent over $2,000.00 dollars on personal training sessions after a free consultation with a personal trainer. Shortly after getting a personal trainer, I moved over 30 miles (50 min in traffic) from the gym. I didn't attempt to cancel my personal training at that point as I was getting results. Shortly after that however, my trainer informed me that he was leaving the gym for reasons I wont get into here. After his last day, I wanted to get refunded the remaining training sessions. I called the gym and Kami Bank's the gym's general manager informed me that my training was non refundable as stated in their contract. I told her to check the contract, as I told the personal trainer to add a sentence that if he left the gym, I would get any unused training sessions refunded. She told me it wasn't written on the contract, and that I could only use the remaining sessions.
0 stars. Scammed me into a membership where I paid 2 years up front. The guy told me I could cancel and get a prorated refund at anytime. After 3 months I moved and I wasnt able to get any money back. DO NOT JOIN!
This place is awesome! I love it here. My 6 year old started at the age of 5 he's now a high yellow belt and loves it. He gets to participate in scrimmages and he's even going to do his first tournament in April. His confidence level has gone up.
Love this place. I brought my seven-year-old in for an open house to see everyone trying to attain higher belts. This place was very organized and seemed to be very well ran with some amazing talented instructors and students of all ages. All the instructors students and parents were very friendly and supportive and my child was very very interested in joining after a visit. Thanks for letting him play around in the ring and with the bags he was very inspired. Keep up the great work and I highly recommend Tiger Kim's Academy and the rich tradition and heritage of champions in this house.
I really liked this gym. Very clean, friendly, and didn't have to stand around and wait for equipment. Tried the Crossfit and it kicked my a$%!

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to attend the women’s self-defense class but a good friend pushed me to "just try it". I thought it would be an intimidating environment and didn't want to feel out of place. When we arrived we were greeted by the head instructor and owner Miah and he took time to explain the class to me and introduced me to other students. The class was AWESOME! Miah did a great job of showing various techniques I could use to fend off an attacker and made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. It was honestly one of the best workouts I've had from any gym and it actually taught me a lot. I would recommend this class to any woman looking to learn a thing or two about self-defense.
Our initial experience of this company is that they appear to be basically small time ''house flippers''. It appears that they puff themselves a lot. Also it appears they will try to break home leases if the leasees get in the way of their ''house flipping''. We have caught them in multiple equivocations. An example of their equivocations, if not lies is as follows:We notice that their Delwest Capital Group LLC web site advertises under Joe Miniss's photo that they have sold/flipped 70 homes since 2009.. But on their Read More Page they claim a ''foundation'' of 30 years of real estate experience and 1,200 home sales, which is not believable. Especially since their entity was not formed until 2008, and it remains a relatively tiny office. Notice their skillful use of the above word ''foundation''. It is missleading in our opinion. But then the real zinger is on their Facebook page where they claim a ''foundation'' of 70 years of real estate experience with a proven track record of 60,000 home sales! So which is it? Is it 4 years and 70 home sales? Or is it 30 years and 1,200 home sales? Or is it 70 years and 60,000 home sales?? Keep in mind they are a relatively tiny office and have only been formed since 2008. As to DelWest's home sales and their property management, including that of their front man, Joe Minnis, beware of their ethics betrayed by their above behaviours !
