I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! I feel robbed. I had an AC issue and called them. It was a $15 part and took 15 minutes to install. The AC was fixed however they tried to sell me a new unit for $7500 and told me mine was no good. When I called Golden West to explain my dissatisfaction, I spoke with Sarah the manager. I explained after the tech left, I researched the part and checked pricing with other companies. It should have been the flat $89 service fee and $15 for the part. Sarah stated "Our business model is different" and refused to charge me a fair price for this work. Bottom line DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The multiple 1 star reviews are accurate. They are horrifically expensive, and have no issue over charging even their existing and satisfied clients.
I called them today about leaks in my bathroom's sinks and they responded right away. Jose was knowledgable, professional and personable. He left to go look for the faucets that we wanted and he was back finishing the job by noon. I would DEFINITELY use them again. Furthermore, I have used the big plumbing companies and they charge twice as much. Couldn't be happier.
We experienced a stressful emergency with a water heater that had to be replaced. Working with your firm and specifically, Carl G., made the situation less so. He was thorough, prompt, hardworking and gracious. He explained everything that he was doing. Your company is first-class. Thank you.
My furnace has been making loud noises for about two months now. I didn't know what to do or who to call. I asked my neighbor if he knew of anyone that repaired furnaces and he gave me Sid's name and number. I contacted Sid and he came out within 1/2 an hour. He diagnosed the problem right away, went and got parts for furnace and was back within 40 minutes. He had the problem solved in about 20 minutes He was so nice and professional. It is very hard to find someone like him in this day and age. My son is blind and Sid acknowledged him when he got to my home and also when he left our home. He came to repair the furnace that same morning. He suggested that our furnace needed to be replaced as it needed intensive and costly work. We decided to purchase a new Trane furnace. The same day we had our new Trane furnace expertly installed by Sid. I recommend Sanchez Mechanical to anyone needing the best HVAC company to do their work. This is by far the best plumbing company I've ever received service from. I had a drainage issue in my house that was built in the early 60s. The guys were very friendly, and were able to identify the problem immediately unlike other plumbers I called earlier. Gave me a reasonable price and I was overjoyed.
NEVER in my entire life I have known such a BAD business! Should have just torn up almost $2000.00 for what we paid to that place!!! HOW DO PLACES OF BUSINESS LIKE THIS NOT GET CLOSED DOWN? TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE REVIEW BELOW, ESPECIALLY THE LAST TWO SENTENCES...SHOP AROUND~~~ When they would call me during the wee early hours when the BRAND NEW FURNACE WOULD BREAK DOWN (because of a moisture problem) they would say "Hello, hello...I can't hear you!" and then hang up their phone. One time I said "Can you hear me now?" and he said "No" then clicked the phone off. What a bunch of what I think are morons!
The review posted by Ginger concerned me, so I looked into it. I work with Sid on a professional level and refer him. As a business owner, it is important that those I recommend are reputable, honest and professional. When I discussed the bad review with Sid, I learned that Sid outlined the work to his client, proceeded with the work, invoiced her with itemized details of what was done, then didn't receive payment for months. I have been there, and it's frustrating. However, I believe if a client isn't happy with the work done, that they should complain and have it fixed immediately. Since that wasn't done, it sounds like the correct work was done and the temperature is comfortable in her home, as that is not one of her complaints. I also do not think it is honorable to post a negative review like that after Sid made additional strides to settle this issue. I checked the BBB for a complaint and she didn't file one. If she had, the BBB would have looked into this further and Sid would have had the opportunity to dispute the accusation which can not be done here. If you are considering working with Sid, remember that no one stays in business for as long as he has without being knowledgeable, honest and reputable. He wouldn't have an A+ rating with the BBB. He would have a lot more negative reviews out there than one. He has tons of testimonials and has repeatedly gone over and beyond for his clients. I will continue to recommend Sanchez Mechanical because they get the job done, quickly and efficiently. Sid also guarantees his work and to me, that speaks volumes.
All I can say is that these people are a joke. The owner is a joke, the girls in the office are jokes - They have no professionalism over the phone what so ever. One of the girls voices is just about the most annoying thing I have ever heard, I think her name was Clarrisa or something like that, and its quite obvious they are script readers. Cant even give you a small estimate over the phone!...Im sure if they are so professional they should know what is going on with certain things by the sound of what you say. Get better employees, ones that can provide great customer service...not make you want to hang up right away when you hear their voice!!!
