After 19 years of being a valued and valuable patron of Mariel, I resign and I do not recommend you shop in this boutique. I far recommend a Nordstrom or a store that values your patronage and your dollars -- certainly your loyalty. You can bet that I will never walk in your store again. I will never recommend you to my friends or family. It's too bad. I loved your style and your products. But with this treatment, not only did you lose me as a client -- but you lost my mother, my sister, my circle of friends and my referral. Erin Gibbs

shes rude m, she doesn't listen, she doesn't let you look at her dresses, she doesn't have clips, terrible lightening, and if you try to make an excuse to get the heck out of there prepare for her to tell you that you will never find a dress! Stay away lol go to Amanda's bridal or Boulder bridal
Stay far, far away! I ordered my dress in the beginning of July for a January wedding. When the 12 weeks for its arrival passed, I called and was told it would ship on a date about 10 days out. That time came and went. I called again, and was told it would ship on November 23. I told the owner I was told 12 weeks. The bride then told me the color had been discontinued by the designer, and I began to worry it was not ordered, so I contacted the designer via their customer care email contact. I assume the designer contacted the shop, because the day after I contacted you, the owner called me and said my dress had arrived on that day. What a coincidence! Since she would be closed the next weekend, I told her I would pick it up the following weekend. However, I ended up getting off work early and went to pick up my dress a couple days later during the week. My dress was hanging with all the samples. I can only guess that she was telling me later and later dates for when my dress would arrive, because she was using it a sample. Today, when I took it to my seamstress, she asked why it wasn't in the sealed designer's bag. My seamstress told me all of this designers dresses come in a sealed bag with the name on it. After I told her where I bought it, she had a concerned look on her face. I told her about my issues getting the dress, and she proceeded to tell me about a bride who purchased a dress from Bonnie Gowns that ended up being used, a model from 10+ years ago, had been dyed, and the alterations had been poorly done by Bonnie Gowns. Bonnie Gowns had claimed it was a new dress. My seamstress was a witness in court for this bride.
