I am a satisfied customer and would use them again if need be. The staff was very helpful and I was able to order lenses for 2 of my eyeglass frames which I ordered online. Customer service representatives were friendly and nice. My eyeglasses came back exactly as I wanted them to be and I highly recommend ReplaceALens!!!!

Went on my lunch break. Got my eye exam, selected frames & lenses. Love my glasses. I need to go back and get a pair of prescription sunglasses. Recommended.
My fourth visit to them not so great. The salesperson was abrupt and rude. I picked out two pairs of glasses. They only had one and substituted a different frame for the other. Stuck with glasses I did not want.

This is my second visit to Optical Masters and I must say they have the best selection of frames to choose from. I ended up going back because of the selection and service after comparing with 2 of their competitors.
TREATED LIKE LIARS: I've been a client at the Eye Center of Colorado for years. I've had a great experience. HOWEVER, I suggested my husband see them due to my wonderful experience. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. While cleaning his glasses, the assistant broke the frames. The first words out of the assistant's mouth were, "Were these glued?" It took my husband TWO HOURS of talking with these people to leave with glasses that he could wear out in order to see for the weekend. The supervisor proved completely unhelpful by not taking notice of the issue. Weeks later we received a check for HALF of the cost of the new replacement frames for the ones the assistant broke. We've not received any apology. The supervisor continues to slam my husband's integrity and defend her assistant. We'll NEVER be back. There's nothing worse than someone you're paying for a service slamming your integrity and calling you a liar.

Well, I've gone to this place for about 14 years but I'm never going back. I doubt the last post saw the owner unless they were short hand that day or something. The owner is not an eye doctor, by the way. Over the years this store has gone to marketing and upselling more and more. The last salesman I saw there was pretty much of a sleaze bag . It's a shame. I priced the exact lens, frames and exam at Dr. Spex and found out I paid about double at Optical Masters for the exact two sets of eyeglasses. They lost a loyal customer at Optical Masters. Boo. BTW, I spent over a thousand dollars for two pair of glasses after all of their "Add Ons".
The owner at Optical Masters really went above and beyond to take care of my disabled ex husband and I today. I have been a customer since 1988, and he really went the extra mile to help with an issue that we had one day. I highly recommend them.
