Ken's Korner has made writing easier than I ever thought possible. As a consultant to gaming casinos in the US and abroad I'm always churning out details for promotions, direct mail, and direct response advertising for my clients. Thank goodness I have Ken as a Webmaster because he's shown me short cuts that make everything move faster. He also handles my Web Site, romeromarketing.com, and has archived everything I've written since 2000 in three separate categories. Eventually, using the archives, I'll publish the third hardcover book of my own writing. The first two sold more than 9,000 copies combined, the most successful sales record in casino marketing history. Ken offers one final perk that always has me slapping my forehead (in delight). When I run into a problem with new computers, one phone call to Ken and he pulls me out of the jam. In short, he's made my business easier for me to handle because I never worry about all the little things that can go wrong. The guy is a gem. He gets my top-of-the-line rating. He’d probably get yours, too. John Romero, Parker, CO Computer Repair Ken has provided computer assistance to me and my computers for a long time. He knows a lot about the hardware and keeps up to date on software. He finds out what is causing the problem and is able to get the computer working again very quickly. He is very professional and I will continue to use him whenever I have a problem with my computer.

First let me tell you the above rating is for this store and this store only. I ended up at this corporate store after 2 days of sheer hell on the phone with customer service. The first person, I'm sorry to say was just a rude jerk that wants a paycheck and does no work, I also spoke to a manager, or that is what he titled himself. After 25 years in banking in the Quality Assurance Department if one of our employees ever treated a customer the way I was treated they would immediately be dismissed. Sprint as far as I am concerned has NO customer service. So if you do decide to go with Sprint I advise you keep the address to your corporate store very handy. These are the only people that will help you with any problem. If you call the customer service expect to be on the phone for a long time with nothing but frustration and transferred or mostly dropped calls. Last week I called on Monday at 8am and was exhausted, frustrated, and had no outcome at 10:45am. Following day worse.
There was a minor manufacturing defect with my headphones which most people probably wouldn't have been able to hear. Even if they could, it would have been considered insignificant. With one phone call, my salesman stepped up and exchanged the item without hesitation, and without even having heard the problem. He then worked with his team, who went out of their way to accommodate me through the exchange so I wouldn't have to send my headphones in and be without while waiting for a replacement. Smooth, red carpet service all the way! I felt they had an appreciation for, and knew how to cater to a critical audiophile clientele. And I never even stepped foot into a store; my entire purchase and exchange was all done by phone and email. Imagine the service I would have received had I come into the showroom! Impressive! ListenUp, you have my business from now on!
To begin with NO I do not work at Sprint! I have to say Sprint impresses me with its great customer service every time. Last Saturday I walked into the Sprint store asking on when my contract was over. I was going to switch to AT&T since they are a lot faster and calls don't drop as much but to my surprise I had the most awesome guy help me out. He's name is Chris and without even trying this guy convince me to stay. All he did was address my problems with Sprint and informed me about the products I asked for. I have to say for someone like me who can be a ***** (just ask Wells Fargo) to be so satisfied that I'm taking the time to write a review, now that's customer service. Hey bud ill be in the store in a few weeks to buy my phone from you and gladly sign my 2 year contract with you guys :)
We have used NPF Networks for computer support since 2003. They have helped maintain our computers and took us from aging computer equipment. We started with Windows NT we have upgraded over the years. We appreciate the fast service and the expertise of the dedicated support person. Nate is very helpful and if he doesn’t have the answer she will find it. They even helped by lowering their hourly rate when the economy changed last year, $120.00 down to $110.00.
It's been a pleasure working with Listen Up while experiencing issues with the Marantz receiver I bought there last year. I took my unit in for repair and they sent me home with a loaner of equal quality. A few weeks later a brand new unit was shipped to my door, followed by an in house service call to ensure I was happy with the product and installation and offer any tips on how to improve my setup. Excellent service, thank you Listen Up!
Working with Will made my new cell phone purchase the best experience I have ever had. He was knowledgeable, took time to review my account and saved me money after reviewing my outdated plan. Every other store I had been in rushed through and never gave me any advice or guidance. He helped me every step of the way. It was a pleasure as well as a relief to be treated in a respectful, kind manner. Thanks Will! Laurie
I called looking for a belt for a record player. Their store does not carry them, but instead of just sending me away (as so many other stores had done) they provided me with the name and webpage of a company that sells them. Further, the gentleman I was speaking with went on their website and looked up to insure the part I needed was carried. That's what I call excellent customer service. Thank you.
Best place ever. Really needed my phone fixed and they were able to get the part in fast and fix it the same day. Most places take 2 or 3 weeks to get parts in and fix your items put this only took a little over 5 days. Works for me!!! I would recommend this place for people who are in a hurry to fix there phones!!! Thanks so much guys!!!
