I decided to write a review because the other ones are dated. We moved into a townhouse here in the summer of 2011 and I am very pleased with management, the grounds, maintenance indoor and out, and my two bedroom townhome. Office staff went out of their way to make the house ready for moving in. I had no extra cleaning to do. Everything was freshly painted and all surfaces sparkling. The pools and exercise room are clean and inviting. Neighbors are friendly. There is enough parking. Recycling and trash are conveniently located. The complex location is great, near bike trails and foothills. I feel safe here and enjoy entertaining friends and family in our townhome. I have not seen the apartments; so cannot review what I don't know. But everybody I have spoken to here seems very happy with their choice to move in.

The well kept grounds bely an office staff that is mentally AWOL. When it was pointed out that tennants were using outdoor barbeque grills on their second and third floor decks, in clear violation of the complex's own rules, the office response was, ""It was my responsibility to call the fire department.""
The maintenance crew generally does not not respond until you call the office a second or third time to check on your maintenance request. Asking the office staff for the name and address of the property owner has helped, even though they don't seem to have that information available.
In order to address inreased vacancies, (can't imagine why that is happening) small pets have been allowed in the ""new half"" of the complex. You guessed it: the pick up after your puppy rule is not enforced.
The office staff has yet been able to offer more than ""I dunno, that's what it says on the computer,"" when asked to provide an explanation of any variations in the monthly rent.
We were treated to the sight of some poor evictees clothes and personal belongings, including a mattress, strewn all over the lawn in front of one the buildings for two weeks this summer.
I know this is not just one of the things you have to put up in apartment living because the conditions have steadily deteriorated since the office manager of a year ago left.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone strictly for the failure of the current staff to enforce their own safety rules.

These apartments are dark, old, and dirty. The kitchen appliances are very old and do not work properly. When I moved into my apartment it was dirty and not up to acceptable standards. The plumbing does not work properly and the sinks constantly back up. The property severley needs to be painted. Maintenance is also lacking; sprinklers run at prime hours of the day and you are not able to leave your apartment without getting soaked. Definatley not worth the expensive rent!!!
