Trans Shuttle

I wish I could put negative stars on here. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. chose another shuttle service!!! I was supposed to be picked up at 4am. A few minutes after 4 I attempted to call with no luck, so I left a message. At 4:25 still no shuttle so at this time I had no choice but to drive to the airport myself and find a place to park. I attempted to call them again and of course got no answer so I left another message. I was 2 minutes from missing my plane after all was said and done and that's after sprinting to get to my gate. My only luck was that I paid with PayPal and they refunded my money because this peice of garbage company never even called back to apologize for neglecting to send a shuttle and almost being responsible for me missing my plane.

We will definitely use this company again! The driver was excellent and very knowledgable about the area. He ended up serving as our tour guide. We had a long drive into Winter Park in the snow and ice and the driver was super. He was also the same driver who picked us up to return us to the airport. He remembered conversations from the first trip and was very personable and friendly. Plus, the price was so much cheaper than all the others.

Well, i called last month and made a reservation, first of they didn't give me any confirmation number and the worst part, nobody showed up 4:00Am.

I was so mad and called a cab and got to the airport and missed my flight and paid extra money for another flight.

This is not a good company to work with
