Out quickly on a Sunday. Figured out the problem and were reasonably priced.

Jason and Dan came out to the house to clear a blockage in my kitchen sink pipe. They ran about 35' of snake to make sure it was cleared all the way through. They were on time, did not make a mess and were very nice throughout the process. I selected them randomly on YP and am glad I did. Small business owners take more pride in their work and treating customers fairly. They were honest in what work they would be doing and didn't have any surprises for us. I would highly recommend them.

A couple of weeks ago I called Sure Drain Services. I was fortunate enough to speak to Jason. I was having trouble with my garbage disposal and he asked me to describe my problem. I did and he told me how to fix it over the phone - and he did not charge me one cent! I know who I will be calling if I ever need a plumber to come to my house. I won't even have to think about it. I have called Sure Drain twice and both times Jason, the owner, has exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgable, friendly and professional. I have been offered wonderful service at reasonable prices. He is quick to respond and takes pride in his work. I chose to call him because of the other reviews on this site and they were not mistaken.

Called and local owner, Jason arrived early! He was able to help with our clogged kitchen drain quickly and when asked to check on a possible leak from our hot water heater was more than helpful.

He not only was able to complete the job quickly but with great detail in explaining what he had to do and the cost prior to the work. We are more than impressed with his wonderful service!!!

This is a one man company with exceptional service. He came out within an hour and a half and was knowlegable friendly and explained his services plus quoted price over the phone was what he charged, no surprises as with big companies that are always trying to make a bigger buck. Would not ever use a big company again and he guarantees his work. No one likes to have an unexpected drain problem but he made it affordable and not an unpleasant experience. If you have a drain problem, call this company as you will not be disappointed.

This guy truly is the best I have ever dealt with. He took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer for replacement instantly, was able to come out and get replace it instantly. Very friendly and gets the job done right. Can't possibly find somebody as good, also has some of the best rates among plumbers! Would defiitely recomment him and would use his services in the future. A++++

My husband and I are first time home buyers. We started experiencing plumbing issues after moving into our home. The price quotes from other plumbing services were outrageous. Sure Drain came in at half the price and the service was fantastic! They take the time to explain the issue in detail so a novice at plumbing can understand. I was also offered suggestions that I could do on my own until we had the money to address the much larger issue. After hearing horror stories from coworkers about other plumbing services, I am just thrilled that I had a great experience.
