Schobers Carpet Steam

Terribly poor customer service, did not complete half of a job, then argued about it. Did not arrive at all on another job, and we were left in a bind with a tenant moving in within hours. We run a 24 unit apt complex. Even did a horrible job on the owner of the complex's personal home. Showed up hours late and did a poor job as well. The owners daughter who has apparently taken over for one Joe Schober, was incredibly rude and completely unaccountable towards any customer service concerns. We terminated our contract and are quite happy with a reliable, accountable firm that actually cleans the carpets.
