I am extremely happy with Rickenbaugh Cadillac dealership and their non pressure policies. I have given their name to several of my friends and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will not buy another car from anyone else.

Thanks guys!

I drove over and spent about an hour doing paperwork and I was on my way,completely painless except the detailer was backed up so we had to wait about an hour for a detail and a full tank of gas, a small thing - that didn't really dampen my enthusiasm for this dealership. I'm 99% sure we'll be back in 3 1/2 years when the lease on my Outback is up. Thanks guys!

WONDERFUL

I have to say, after reading the other reviews/seeing the scores, I can only conclude that most of Rickenabugh's clients are so thrilled they don't need to advertise it on the site. Also, other dealerships heavily promote this site to inflate their positive comments, but Rickenbaugh focuses on service & quality. Anthony was WONDERFUL to work with- he quickly related the vehicle to my life, features to what he thought I'd use them for and put himself in my shoes. He's solid on facts, commitment and follow-through. Anthony Moore exemplifies customer service and I'm really pleased with the 2011 SRX!!! Thanks for everything Anthony!!!!

Friendly and Honest

You hear all the horror stories about auto service and it makes me appreciate even more the huge difference at Rickenbaugh. We have purchased 2 cars from them and had 3 serviced over the years and it is a real treat to be so well taken care of. The service is as friendly and honest as I could ever hope for.

Great dealership!

I just wanted to pass along my thanks to the entire staff at Rickenabugh as I just purchased a new Cadillac SRX. Having recently at 4 other dealerships when I was making my decision, the customer service I received at Rickenbaugh far surpassed what I experience anywhere else. It was one of the best experiences I've had in quite some time. I also wanted to commend Aaron Johnson for his help as my salesman. He did an outstanding job and really went the extra mile. Not only was he able to answer all my questions about the vehicle and options (impressive considering how many there are!), but him arranging an overnight test drive really did seal the deal and make my decision for me. Ron Young also made signing the papers quick and easy which is always refreshing. I will definitely be spreading the word with friends and colleagues of such a great dealership. Thank you again for all your help.

Amazing sales rep

Bud was an amazing Sales Rep. I actually found him to treat us more like friends or family then customers which I sincerely appreciated. In addition, Bud and Paul took turns catering to our needs and I felt comfortable going to either one of them with questions/comments. It's rare that two people work so well together and treat their customers as if they were family. I truly can't say enough about how well they treated us. Your team provides outstanding customer service, I'm grateful!

Great experience

Paul Owens made this leasing experience a great one. He was knowledgeable about the XC60 and if he could not answer any questions that we had, he immediately found the answer. Everything about the experience was low key and non-stressful. We had already decided on another make of car to lease, but after test driving the XC60 and talking with Paul, we were convinced that this was the car for us.

Very satisfied

Bud Stelley really knows the Volvo and how to deal with people. We are very satisfied with our new Volvo. Our other Volvo was a 1959 PV544 purchased new and sold in 1962.
