Quality Auto Glass

I needed my windshield repaired and called them for a quote. They provided me a number on the phone, but then when I came in they ended up charging close to double what I was quoted. It wasn't that I needed more work done, same exact work & parts, but almost double the cost. When I asked why it was so much more, they guy there said talk to our owners. He gave me a phone number and a chat system to get a hold of them. I tried both the chat and phone for 7 days straight, and nobody ever picked up or returned to me. Buyer Beware!

I want to start this review by explaining that I am not one to complain, I am probably the least picky person I have ever met but this flat out was the worst experience I have ever had and if I encourage at least one person to go somewhere else than this review is completely worth it. I went to the Vallejo location because I got a living social. Their prices are completely over priced they charge almost $40 more than any other company in Denver, and they insist it's because the use higher quality glass. Not even 12 hours after I left their shop there was a HUGE crack in my windshield, bigger than the one I had just paid to get replaced. I immediately called and the technician profusely apologized explaining that he didn't want me to think they were "that kind of shop" (obviously they have had this problem in the past). He assured me that they would replace it on Monday and that it was probably a case of bad glass. I called on Monday and no one answered. I kept calling everyday for 3 weeks and leaving messages to total over 40 calls and no one ever responded or answered. I stopped in the shop 2 times and no one was ever there. Finally, their receptionist responded to one of my emails explaining to bring the car in, when I did they said that they would not fix. So I paid $200 to have a broken windshield and wasted hours of my time trying to get these people to do their jobs. Honestly, I can't encourage you enough to go anywhere but here, this place is completely over priced, there glass is not quality, and the customer service is the worst thing I have ever witnessed in my life. These people will take your money and completely screw you. Go anywhere but here!

This company was great! I got my windshield replaced the same day I called. They have a really cool shop filled with hot rods and classic cars with a comfortable waiting room but I was also told they do free mobile service. Brad, my installer was great walking me through the whole replacement process. They also sell all kinds of Jeep accessories and parts. Highly recommended!!!!!
