Went on my lunch break. Got my eye exam, selected frames & lenses. Love my glasses. I need to go back and get a pair of prescription sunglasses. Recommended.

My fourth visit to them not so great. The salesperson was abrupt and rude. I picked out two pairs of glasses. They only had one and substituted a different frame for the other. Stuck with glasses I did not want.

This is my second visit to Optical Masters and I must say they have the best selection of frames to choose from. I ended up going back because of the selection and service after comparing with 2 of their competitors.

Well, I've gone to this place for about 14 years but I'm never going back. I doubt the last post saw the owner unless they were short hand that day or something. The owner is not an eye doctor, by the way. Over the years this store has gone to marketing and upselling more and more. The last salesman I saw there was pretty much of a sleaze bag . It's a shame. I priced the exact lens, frames and exam at Dr. Spex and found out I paid about double at Optical Masters for the exact two sets of eyeglasses. They lost a loyal customer at Optical Masters. Boo. BTW, I spent over a thousand dollars for two pair of glasses after all of their "Add Ons".

The owner at Optical Masters really went above and beyond to take care of my disabled ex husband and I today. I have been a customer since 1988, and he really went the extra mile to help with an issue that we had one day. I highly recommend them.

horrible experience

I was so excited to get new glasses. But quickly turned into a nightmare. The sales associate was unclean he was dirty his hands were filthy and his breath almost made me puke and he kept talking in my face. The glasses in the advertised special were great if you are 5 yrs old or 80 yrs old. So picked from next price up he was rude pushy and did I mention the b.o. coming off this guy. I was upset the glasses went from 100.00 two pair plus eye exam to 250.when I explained I could not afford this he got really nasty.go to the cheap wall. He slammed my stuff down I was burned out 134.00 one pair of cheap glasses ,not advertised special not treated with respect.i don't even want to pick up my glasses




This is the worst place to get glasses or contacts I have ever been in 52 years of wearing eye correction!

From the first appointment where the doctor was watching a webinar on his computer during my exam through the SIX (6) appointments it took to get the glasses adjusted. Every interaction with their staff was painful: I was told that if the glasses didn't work after the 3rd time being sent back that I would have to pay more money for another frame and lenses. I was told that my prescription was a very "difficult to fill", well, if it's too hard for you Optical Masters, get out of the business, because that is what a prescription is.

It has taken 2 full months to get the actual prescription for my contacts, they have sent me home with 'testers' 4 different times in order to get the prescription right, and when I finally got the exact prescription written down for me, it was wrong. Good thing I kept all the boxes the contacts came in.

The filing / note system at the store seems to be sticky notes and small plastic trays all over the front desk. I believe this disorganization and carelessness is the reason I wasn't called when my glasses came in or when the sample contacts came in.

When I finally picked up my glasses, I was told that the issue with the glasses was "all in my head", that I needed to get used to them. I also ordered my contacts from 1-800-Contacts using the boxes the samples came in, and of course that is different from what was written down on the prescription pad, and I'm now trying to get the correct prescription ordered.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with glasses / contacts. I would advise you to look further for a place to fill your eye correction needs, Optical Masters will now be called Obstacle Masters in my house and I will never, ever give them my business.
