        Worst Customer Service in the World!

        All I wanted was to call the store directly to see if they had a replacement battery for my phone, seems like a reasonably simple process, right? Well, it is not possible. you call what is listed as a local number and it is part of some automated trunk system that gets you no where. I called the 800 number and that is not located in the United States! They have no information to give you other then the same worthless automated run around. Just to get to a person in India I had to answer 15 automated questions.



        CRICKET HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!



        As soon as I can afford a real phone I will be saying Good-bye and thanks for the memories.
