Mile High Karate

I can honestly say Mile High Karate has truly changed my life! Over the course of my training I've learned not only physical skills but also character and mental skills. My self-discipline, self-confidence, and public speaking have improved tremendously and I can't wait to see how much I will continue to grow! If you're looking for the benefit of martial arts training paired with an excellent character building education for yourself or your family I definitely recommend. ����

My 6-year old, at the time, daughter was introduced to Mile High Karate over 1 year ago when they came to her daycare. She really enjoyed it so we took her to the 2 week free trial. After 2 weeks she was hooked. After 1 month my daughter's self esteem was already improving as well as her behavior. After seeing this my 4 year old son started getting interested in it. Now about 1 year later me, my husband, step-son, and daughter all do karate 2 times a week. My children's behavior has improved, they answer with yes ma'am, yes sir, they are respectful and more attentive. My husband and I enjoy going for the great work out but also the family bonding and bonding with other families that in the classes as well. I highly recommend Mile High Karate because karate not only helps with self defence but it teaches your respect, self control, responsibility and it's fun!
