Excellent club! Large stage, every seat has a good view, sound was excellent (clear; not too loud). Their drinks are good and very reasonably priced. Their food is the only negative - only bar food options.

Horrible experience

Horrible , horrible experience, people has no idea about service and is very rude. Dont even waste your time or money to go there, the service is terrible. You dont want to go out, spend money and be treated really bad.

We took in Dotsero on a Saturday night. Good atmosphere, but the crowd seemed a little unsophisticated when it came to jazz. After a particularly difficult riff, it's normal to applaud the musician, but this crowd wasn't slightly brain-dead. The drink prices were ridiculous ($8-$10), especially for drinks that were obviously watered down. If I go again, I'll nurse a bottled of beer or drink straight shots.

The fusion brand of jazz is OK, lots of energy, if you like that sort of thing, but for me it gets loud, monotonous, and annoying after a while. I would have liked the band to mix it up more, play a few quieter pieces, but apparently variety wasn't a part of their repertoire.

The experience didn't even come close to duplicating the magic I've experienced at other jazz clubs around the country, just another ho-hum night out. Oh, the hot wings were tasty...

How disappointing. My husband and I went to Jazz at Jack's recently and someone pickpocketed his wallet out of his back pocket while we were watching the show! I did manage to find his credit cards in the women's bathroom, after we searched the floor area. Waitresses were helpful in looking, but management is denying this could happen in their establishment!

Best Live Jazz

The First Fridays was great fun. Free food and jazz. Cant go wrong with that! We had a great time.
Loved the band and M&Ds BBQ.

Great Jazz

Went to JazzyJacks as a group of about 30 for a friends Bday . It was my first time there. It was nothing like I expected. I was not a jazz fan, but am now. The band was freaking awesome, we were treated great. The club looks like its straight out of New York . I was so surprised.

Very cool jazz room.

Love the place, cool vibe, very seductive with great jazz. Went on a Friday and Sunday night, both nights it was pretty packed. Good service, strong drinks. I recommend it .
