I interviewed four contractors before settling on Interstate Roofing. Leighton, the project manager was good to work with. We discussed the project at length before agreeing to the terms and the scope. He did a thorough review of the insurance detail, and improved the insurance claim for the missing elements. There were delays in the execution, mostly due to the fact that the entire area is getting new roofs because of the hailstorm, and all the contractors are working flat out. The roofing went smoothly without flaw; however, one of the gutters needed a bit of realignment and the the painters needed to come back for a bit of touch-up. Again, Leighton kept me advised at all times of the scheduling, and was prompt with replies for any questions that I had - both before signing the contract, and during execution of the work. The punch list at the end was minimal, and was promptly addressed. It was a pleasure working with the project manager, and with the support of Interstate Roofing. Thoroughly professional with excellent customer relations.

Rob at Interstate showed up on time, clearly communicated expectations, and is somebody I would hire again. He and his crew re-roofed my whole house quickly and well. They also replaced all the gutters and angled them well so the water drains quickly. Thank you Rob

He gave detailed explanations to all of our questions and kept us updated on the work. He took care of communicating with the insurance company.
