        Overall

        Do not call this company if you want someone to stand by their service, including property damage. Not only did they fail to fix the initial problem, but they broke the toilet in the process. When called on it, they indicated that they didn't do it and they wouldn't cover the damage. This was only after I spent over a month following up on the problem.

        Stay away from this company!!

        They were late to arrive for the scheduled appointment. The technician was inexperienced and the bill was twice the amount estimated. Save yourself the hassel and more importantly MONEY!!!
