Terrible appraisal company. Mark came to our home to do an appraisal. I understand that comps need to be made on relevant sales to properly value a home. That is not what happened with our home. My wife and I lost 14k because of this bad appraisal. My home is less than 3 years old in a growing community of new builds with over 40k in upgrades and by a very energery edeficient builder. The appraiser used a home sold 10 months ago that was seven years old in a complete different neighborhood by a less quality builder. Only comp was that it was a 2 story. When addressed on the mattwr Mark was very rude and unprofessional. I'm writing this review so that they don't ruin a sale for anyone else with their con appraisals.
