        Terrific attention & advice today! I called about the perennials we needed. Jeff checked & described the colors available over the phone. Later, a nice person up front directed us to the perennial section, where Janet assisted with color choices. Shelley efficiently checked out our order. Another terrific experience! Thank you!

        Big Disappointment

        On May 9, 2009 I bought a $54.00 hanging basket from Groundcovers. Before making my purchase, I asked an employee for recommendations on which hanging plant would do well on my porch. I went with her recommendation and after 3 weeks of taking care of the plant as I was instructed, the plant was half dead.



        I took the plant back to Groundcovers today for an exchange or refund. I was told by the owner/manager that they had a 24 hour return policy. The owner/manager would not issue a refund or exchange. She said she would give me a 25% off the purchase of new hanging plant which I declined.



        I purchased the same type of flowers from Home Depot that were in my hanging plant from Groundcovers, planted them in pots and they are doing amazing!



        I recommend going to a big box store or a nursery that stand behind the quality of their products and offer more than a 24 hour return policy.
