        the place for folk music

        Start and end here in your search for an acoustic instrument. The Denver Folklore Center has 'been there' for folk musicians since the 60s - it's the place that Joan Baez, Judy Collins, and others would stop in before their concerts, maybe even sing an impromptu song or two. Knowledgeable and helpful staff - all musicians themselves. Great sheet music and CDs, too - and lessons.
