Please save yourself some money and time by not taking your vehicle to this place. I have had terrible service the last two times I have had work done here and they are down right rude and condescending. They promised to have my vehicle ready by 4pm as I dropped it off at noon. I told them numerous times I needed it back by 4:30pm to make an appt downtown. I showed up and they had not even ordered te parts as of 4:30pm. Long story short, it got my vehicle back around 6:45pm and missed an appt that I had paid for. I asked for $110 off as this is what my missed appt charged me on my credit card. I was told it was not "our problem and we can not predict the future". I was referred to the owner, who would not return my calls. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in the customer service industry.
