As a tenant, I appreciate the extra effort put in to making paying rent a breeze. one less bill I have to worry about. Besides the traditional mailing my rent in, they offered me the opportunity to pay my rent online, use their drop box after hours, or I can even do automatic withdrawals, which is what I signed up for. I also had a good experience with their maintenance requests. I submitted a request through my tenant portal and was contacted for the repair thew same day. I'm looking forward to renewing my lease when the time comes.

I was able to renew my lease with little effort on my part. The online payments from my checking account have really helped me stay on top if paying rent on time by signing up for the automatic withdrawal. I moved from Arkansas to Denver, couldn't make it out here before moving, I found Cityscape Real Estate online. I called and spoke to Ron, he was very professional and accommodating. He helped me by sending more photos of the house. He and his daughter both run the office.I moved in sight unseen and was not disappointment. I get my rents on time through ACH transfer, so it gets into my account quickly. The statements are posted online and are easy to read and understand.

I have had my house managed by this company for a few years now and have been very satisfied. They worked with great contractors for repairs that came up and provided me with copies of their invoices for my records. My tenants are taking care of the place as I drive by once in a while when I’m near.
