I have been to Brio @ Cherry Creek twice, once with a friend for lunch and once with my boyfriend for a late dinner and drinks.
The decor is lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was *incredible*
I had the lobster ravioli the second time around and it is still one of the best things I have ever eaten. I also had their white sangria which was excellent. Highly recommended for a dinner out, but only if you're looking to splurge, because it is a bit expensive.

We went to Brio's at Lone Tree-Park Meadows for Easter Brunch, had our reservations made 3 weeks prior, we been there before and we had like it, but this time around, I don't understand what happened, we just felt on the waitress ""under training"" or something, because she did not know waht she was doing, disappered, took forever to take our order, drinks were empty, water glass were empty and nobody would show up at our table to offer more drinks, it was just such unpleasent experience, and the worst part is that when you are put through a situation of this kind, you do not go back.
I'm sorry, but maybe next time they should let there training personnel for week days when the place is not so busy!

I tried Brio for the first time yesterday. The menu was extensive and had some interesting Northern Italian dishes which you don't often find. Also, the risotto was very good, which is not something I've encountered in the states. The seafood was also very fresh, and they caesar dressing was perfectly creamy. A bit pricey for an average dinner out, but for something nicer, a date, etc. its not horribly expensive. I will definitely be going back.

Went to Brio recently with several coworkers for lunch. Wish there had been a sign saying that we would need 90 minutes for a group of 8.
We called ahead, and were told that they would not take reservations even for 8 people. Ok, hopefully we'll be there before a large lunch crowd. Got seated, and waited 10 mintes before one of the servers who kept walking past us actually acknowledged us. Took another 10 minutes to get drinks (soda, water and tea) for us. The appetizers we ordered were another 20 minutes, and the entrees arrived approximately 50 minutes after we sat down, and 2 of 8 were incorrect from what was ordered.
There appeared to be no management support for the staff, the only manager that we saw was at the very end when she came by to say that she had taken one entree off the bill due to the preparation errors.
The food was not bad, but nothing amazing either.
This used to be the Macaroni Grill location, and has been basically gutted from the inside out. The decor is very nice, the large windows add lots of light to the restaurant, but the poor service from start to finish can't make up for that.
On a side note - another co-worker went back about 3 weeks after my visit, and had a virtually identical experience. Add Brio at Cherry Creek to my list of not agains...
