Horrible experience! Stay Away from here!!! Went in for cleaning and x-rays, that was fine cleaning went ok x-rays showed cavities. Went to have them filled and paid my deductible and co-pay when it was done in Nov. Got another bill in May! Called and asked they said that I owed them money and that they were going to send me to collections! I spent time trying to figure out why, well... They only offer composite fillings, DeltaDental will only cover amalgam fillings on back teeth, this is something the office knows and chooses to not say or do anything about. In the end, when I was supposed to pay $50 deductible and 20% coinsurance I end up paying nearly 50% of entire bill because of their failure to inform! I am irate!!! When I have called the office to bring this up they say "I will let my supervisors know" Complete and utter BS!! To top it all off the Dentist messed up by teeth in the process, and they never respond to complaints. The only reason I would ever show up to this place again would be to complain to manager, dentist, and throw a huge fit to warn other patients. DO NOT GO HERE!!! AWFUL!!!

I STRONGLY suggest no one subjects themselves to the hands of Dr. Lindsey I Graf.



I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my entire life. I ahd two appointments scheduled. I went to the first one and she said she didnt have time to finish it and that I would have to come back the next day. As a working man this is very difficult to get off of work. I went ahead and did it and came back the next day.



I had a second appointment scheduled (not my 3rd time there) and when I showed up for a crown and a filling, she said that I would have to come back later for the filling. I then told her that I had to get it done today bc I could not miss work again. This is when things got shocking.



Dr. Graf, rudely told me there was nothing she could do that she had an appointment and then she walked out of the room stating she would see what she could do after I reminded her of my previous time where they had to reschedule. She said she would see what she could do... THEN she cowardly had her assistant come in and tell me that Dr. Graf could not work on my mouth. Dr. Graf did not even have the respect to tell her own client that she once again cant finish what was scheduled.



I explained to the VERY nice assistant how I thought it was cowardly that the "doc" couldnt come and tell me herself. The assistant then told me its been happening a lot with her appointments. I told the assistant that I had to get it done, as scheduled, that day.



THEN DR. GRAF came in, VERY unfriendly, cold, and unsympathetic and goeslets get this done. She had a "are you happy that you got your way" type of attitude throughout the entire procedure as she put my cap on. I also feel she used more agression when putting on my cap since she was CLEARLY upset about having to stay and help out a patient which had an appointment. A month later... my crown fell out and I am not in the process of getting it replaced elsewhere.



I have NEVER written on any board like this but this was something completely unexceptable. I dont like to give negative publicity unless it is 100% deserved. Dr. Grad is the very cold, unfriendly, and the worst dentist I have ever experienced.

Horrible

Horrible service, was lied to, was overcharged, they did unnecessary procedures and when i refused part of a service and requested that I receive just a routine cleaning they refused. Anything that was covered by my insurance they did not do and charged me hundreds of dollars for which all I needed was a regular cleaning. Get a second opinion before they touch your teeth or be prepared to pay
