shes rude m, she doesn't listen, she doesn't let you look at her dresses, she doesn't have clips, terrible lightening, and if you try to make an excuse to get the heck out of there prepare for her to tell you that you will never find a dress! Stay away lol go to Amanda's bridal or Boulder bridal

Stay far, far away! I ordered ...

Stay far, far away! I ordered my dress in the beginning of July for a January wedding. When the 12 weeks for its arrival passed, I called and was told it would ship on a date about 10 days out. That time came and went. I called again, and was told it would ship on November 23. I told the owner I was told 12 weeks. The bride then told me the color had been discontinued by the designer, and I began to worry it was not ordered, so I contacted the designer via their customer care email contact. I assume the designer contacted the shop, because the day after I contacted you, the owner called me and said my dress had arrived on that day. What a coincidence! Since she would be closed the next weekend, I told her I would pick it up the following weekend. However, I ended up getting off work early and went to pick up my dress a couple days later during the week. My dress was hanging with all the samples. I can only guess that she was telling me later and later dates for when my dress would arrive, because she was using it a sample. Today, when I took it to my seamstress, she asked why it wasn't in the sealed designer's bag. My seamstress told me all of this designers dresses come in a sealed bag with the name on it. After I told her where I bought it, she had a concerned look on her face. I told her about my issues getting the dress, and she proceeded to tell me about a bride who purchased a dress from Bonnie Gowns that ended up being used, a model from 10+ years ago, had been dyed, and the alterations had been poorly done by Bonnie Gowns. Bonnie Gowns had claimed it was a new dress. My seamstress was a witness in court for this bride.

Horrible Customer Service

Bonnie bridal has horrible customer service!! I was able to choose my own bridesmaids dress from several different styles and when I brought the list in looking for the styles the older woman working was not willing to assist in pulling styles. I did end up ordering my dress from them but only because it was the only store close to my house that carried the name brand I had to get.

I had to have a strap on my dress altered so I left work (in Boulder) early on Monday to rush out to Thornton to have this altered but to only find out they are closed on Mondays. When I was talking to the older lady working there I told her I would leave work early on Monday to be there before they close at 5pm. Well as I pulled up I noticed they were closed so I rushed out to Thornton and left work early for no reason!! According to this website they are open on Mondays...

All in all this place is not helpful or considerate of their customers. If you can avoid buying your dress for here I would!!

don't go...

The worst place ever. If you are considering run away far far away. She is the rudest person i have ever met. I am reporting her to the better business bureau. I ordered my dress and alterations were ok. Then i went back to order bridesmaids dresses. She quoted me one price and charged more. Then didn't tell me that a size 18 or larger was 25 more. I ordered them in august. My wedding is in April. I have heard horror stories so I wanted to get the early enough. Well December comes and still not in. Every time I call she is very rude. I called again the end of Jan. She said they "got stolen" so she had to reorder them. Just received them march 12th. When i was supposed to get them in december.... worst business ever.

Worst Bridal Shop Ever!

Bonnie is not only very rude, she also cannot due alterations. My sister had to have her dress bustled it was suppose to have 5 hooks and loops in back of dress. When we went to pick up her dress we were told don't try to hook the back of the dress because she just pressed it would wrinkle. So we paid and left; later after reading the many bad reviews, we tried to bustle the dress and there were only three loops to the five hooks; we would have never been able to hook the train up on her wedding day.

Rude attitude

I called to inquire of a specific style of dress. In which she told me that she carries it in her shop. I proceeded to tell her I would need it in Ivory , she cut me off and her snotty remark was "if it comes in white it comes in ivory". After that I asked her a few questions: price ranges, and if any discontinued and/or used gowns were available. This is a 2nd wedding, so I'm looking for a more informal gown, and again she cut me off saying "this is a bridal shop not a near new shop or discount warehouse". OMG, really? Wow I didn't know that, good grief! At that point I said good by and hung up. I'm aware on the how-to's of dress shopping; I figured a smaller boutique may be more personal and less expensive. But with her attitude and some of the reivews I have read, forget it! Keep on checking gals!

I ordered my bridesmaid dress on Dec 19th 2009 for a wedding April 17th 2010. She told me that it would be in around late Feburary or early March. I called her the second week of March to see it it had got there. She was VERY rude to me and said she would call me back.. I waited a couple of days and called her back and she was even ruder the second time.. She told me to wait to hear from her until I call back. I waited till Monday March 29th with NO CALL! I called and was a little upset this time and got the same run around again.. she said she would call me when it got in... She recieved my dress on April 6th and the wedding is April 17 and is out of town!!!!!!! I did not go to her for alterations because at that point I never wanted to hear her snotty little voice or see her again... I WOULD NEVER SEND ANY BUSINESS HER WAY! I could not see being the bride and having to work with her!!! Pls find someone else besides Bonnie.

Bad Alterations

Customers service was not great. I ordered my dress and received it fine but asked for a bustle to be done. Went to pick up my dress and it had 3 metal hooks similar to bra hook but larger across the back of the dress and 4 inches down from that another metal attachment. When the dress was bustled it looked like a shower curtain hanging on a rod. It was aweful!! She was not willing to fix it or refund my money. She wanted me to pay for the mistake and pay for her to fix it. I had to find someone else to fix it. I would say she is ok to order from but find someone else to do your alterations. Good Luck.
