Overall

When I first went to Cullum I went in knowing that I needed at least a flipper for a missing tooth and knew my insurance would cover it. He then said he should take out two of my healthy teeth and shave down two more to for a bridge instead and was sure that my insurance would cover it. It did seem like he knew what he was talking about so we took some Xrays and he told me that I would have to come back to finish because he didn't have time, there was no one else waiting. This next visit took all of 2 minutes,I got the feeling he was just trying to charge my insurance for another visit. He told me he would send this all in to my insurance and that I would get a call when it went through.5 months later I call the number and got a lady that obviously answers the phone for several different offices and asked where I was in the process of getting my bridge and she said that she would check on the insurance and call me back.6 months later and I call and it goes to voicemail so I leave a voicemail asking about my bridge again,stating that I never received a call back. I waited a week,never got a call back so I called again, it went straight to voicemail. Two more calls, the last voicemail stating I would take my business elsewhere if I didn't receive a call back. Two weeks later I finally get a call back. Rene, who answers the phone (who is usually quite friendly) goes on to blame me for not calling me back because she got confused that I used the word "bridge" and that my insurance would not cover that and that Cullum knows the insurance very well(obviously not) and would have not told me that. She goes on to say to me, what would you know on the wording you're not in the dental business. All of which I was repeating back what Cullum told me. I told her I would not be taking out extra teeth for a flipper and she said that's fine and so I asked again where we were at with my insurance and she said they didn't send anything in so I told her I was going elsewhere.
