Love Barnes & Noble. Everything is easy to find, the staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable/cozy & it's really nice having a Starbucks located inside. If you bring your Nook with you into the store it automatically loads with sales, recommendations, etc. plug you can download any book & read it while you're there.

Don't go there! Horrible customer service; was ignored by an employee, although I was clearly searching for something, until I accidentally set off the alarm in the DVD section. Only then did the clerk, Aubrey, speak to me to say that I couldn't leave the section with a DVD in my hand. I had thought she was another customer! Wish she would have asked to help me about 15 minutes earlier, it would have saved a lot of time.

Amazon, here I come.
