Like Being Treated Like Garbage?

Unless you like to be made to feel unimportant by people who haven't got a clue about how to work in a restaurant, I would stear clear of this moron-staffed skeezhole.

In my many years of trying to keep my money (all earned in restaurants) in the pool of others who make their money serving in bars and restaurants, I have never been openly neglected to the point where I finally had to pack up and leave hungry....

Until now.

I'm patient to the travails of a busy shift.

I'm forgiving of mistakes made by servers, as I have made many myself over the last decade-and-a-half.

I tip. I tip because my house, my cars, my motorcycle, my travels, my marriage, my kid have all been paid for with tip money.

I know that, by looking at me, you would have no way of knowing any of that, but maybe they should have looked at my hungry daughter asking, "where's pizza" over and over again and the concerned dad making eye contact with every last one of the frightened staff members working that shift (Sunday lunch, April 3: check your Aloha records, owners), and said, "I'll be the one that takes some responsibility and some accountability and try to make this right."

We left hungry and angry.

My daughter dropped her very first F-Bomb over it.

I took my business to Marco's Coal Fire Pizza where the service was top notch and my daughter and I left full and happy.

Worst Service Ever

If I could rate it 0, I would.
This place is horrible.
I am a well-known, downtown Denver bartender by night, doting dad to my baby girl by day.
When I went to Atomic Cowboy to get some pizza into my hungry daughter's belly this past weekend, I was so blatantly neglected at our table for TWENTY MINUTES that we finally packed up and got our jackets back on and walked out without ever having received so much as a glass of water.
I remember thinking, ""now these kids know that I've been sitting here, ungreeted for a REALLY long time, and they're all looking at each other to see whose gonna suck it up and come over here.""
Then I thought, ""whomever finally has the sack to appologize and bring my kid some pizza in an expeditious manner is gonna get themself a 30% tip so that they can gloat to other idiots.""
But nobody came.
Hey, mistakes happen. I made a pretty glaring one myself this week at my restaurant and I appologized, admitted to being solely responsible for the error instead of blaming the kitchen, bought them desert, and received.....wait for awesome tip.
Learn from that rookies.

Worst Customer Service Ever

I used to go to Atomic Cowboy/Fat Sully's a lot but after a recent experience, I will never go there again. In October, there was a pizza delivered to our house by accident and we were charged for the pizza on my credit card that they had on file.

When I called the manager, They questioned me for twenty minutes before finally agreeing to look into it. Two days passed with no response, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and the amount was credited.

A few days later, the $30 charge magically reappeared on my card. I again called the manager, who accused me of lying, yelled at me, told me never to come back to his restaurant and informed me that someone had stolen my card (which was miraculously still in my wallet). After about a half-hour of this, he ran out of excuses and hung up the phone.

The bar manager?s temperament and inability to admit fault subsequently cost him a loyal and frequent customer. I will never go there again and will encourage others not to either.

BBQ Goldmine!

My husband and I recently had a late flight back to Denver- we had a massive craving for BBQ and Brother's BBQ was closed. We drove (aimlessly) for a few minutes, then decided Colfax always has something- that's when we saw the BBQ sign at the Atomic Cowboy and next thing I knew we were eating some of the best food I've had in years! The bartender was great and since they were out of ribs, he gave us a great deal on the rest. Greens with bacon and Brisket along with Texas Toast and REAL garlic butter! I will reccommend this place to everyone! And I think they serve until midnight!

We just redesigned! Do you like it?
