Watch out! These people are liars. I went on 08/31 for a sinus infection. It was my first time and the front desk said that I did not any payment that day but they took my cc info without charging it. One month later this crazy Jennifer from billing department charged me $50: 1st she said she didn't know why my card wasn't charge on 08/31 and later she said it was the copay payment and that the front desk gave incorrect info. What a chronical liar! I called multiple times but nobody could explain the situation. That crazy Jennifer is rude and she made fun of me over the phone when I confronted her. The billing department is unethical, rude and unprofessional, btw is part of your job to answer the phone!!!
Horrible horrible horrible! I would give them 0 stars if I could. I sat in the waiting room with my sick son for an hour. only for them to take us back tell me his temperature was dangerously high @ 103.6 and make us wait another hour just to see the dr. Then I go to the pharmacy and there's no prescription!!
I will never go back there!!!!!
This place was an awful experience. I brought my 4 year old in tonight for an earache. She was in intolerable pain and the "nurses" knew it. They made us wait for 45 minutes before taking us back to have to wait for another half hour. Not to mention, when we walked into the clinic, everyone at the front desk was on their phones. After we had been waiting in the room for a half an hour, I couldn't take seeing my baby in pain any longer, but they didn't seem to mind. They ignorantly ignored her. So we left and went to the er. Where they were more "urgent" with my child's needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE. Horrible customer service as well.
I went in here rather than the ER because I thought it would be faster. Sure it was 15 min till close on a Sunday but business hours are business hours. Visually it was quite apparent I was in bad shape. I left my house in a rush and forgot my insurance card which I almost always have on me. They flat out rejected me without my insurance card, understandable, but didn't offer any solutions. They had my ID and could see that from the address I live only a few blocks away and could start treatment for me while my wife went to get it. We also showed them her ID, same address, and her insurance card which has the same group number. No go, so we left. They didn't say sorry, hope you feel better, or suggest to go get it and come back especially because I live 2 minutes away. This place has absolutely zero interest in the emergency care people. The attitude was pretentious and no sense of urgency was apparent. Do not go here.
I went into this clinic to be seen at 3pm after an infection they treated 3 weeks previously. I felt terrible and needed a follow up. They said they couldn't see me and refused to give me the record of my last appt so I could go to another clinic and have them see what medication was prescribed. They didn't even refer me to a clinic that was opened. They were rude, condescending and refused to help me in any way. When I attempted to call them repeatedly over a 1/2 hour period during business hours no one answered the phone. This is a doctors office. Pretty lame. I do not recommend this clinic if you can find another near by urgent care option. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

I do not recommend this AfterOurs location to anyone. If you are not feeling well, drive the extra few minutes to a different urgent care. This location offers: issues with billing, unknowledgeable doctors with poor bedside manner, and the staff is not exactly personable.
Oh, and if you have a poor experience, don't try to contact the ""CEO."" He is a pro at ignoring phone calls, emails, and voicemails. When/IF you are able to get ahold of him, he will be unhelpful and possibly/most likely downright rude.
This is my experience, and I am sharing so that I can hopefully help someone else make an informed decision and choose another option.

If youre feeling sick or need anything such as a physical this is the place to go!
The staff was very welcoming and made my visit a good experience. The Dr. was very informatinve and considerate.
Now my whole family comes here. It was the bestt discovery! 5 stars all the way around.

Having been to several different urgent care facilities (and having never had the thought of posting a review), I can say, without question, that this AfterOurs Urgent Care on Wazee St. is, hands down, the worst urgent care facility that I have experienced. From the moment we entered the facility on a Saturday afternoon and were rudely greeted by a male receptionist/nurse who was more interested in attending to his websurfing and music on his personal laptop, to the post-treatment follow-up, there is nothing positive that I can say other than the physician's assistant performed the task at hand well. Upon entry to the facility, the male receptionist was on his personal laptop with a pack of cigarettes next to it, making faces at us as he asked questions about the injury. His attitude was such that he thought we were wasting their time and not really injured as he was making faces and talking down in a demaning manner. His reading of vital signs also showed no compassion or desire to explain what was going on, it was more like he was giving orders without any please or thank yous. The bathroom was disgusting, not sure when the toilet was last cleaned. The results of the testing done at the time of the visit were made available a few days later with the explanation of it was just like the physician's assistant thought - which is interesting since the physician's assistant was unsure exactly of the diagnosis. Some basic level of staff training and a more rigorous hiring procedure would be a good idea.

I went to AfterOurs in LoDo -- despite reading the bad reviews -- because I skinned my knee like a 6-year-old and now it's infected.
Dr. Bright took one look at me and said, ""Do you have diabetes?"" I said no. But this was not sufficient, because every skinned knee requires Dr. House sensitivity and diagnostic brilliance.
""Have you been checked for diabetes?"" I don't know. (He rolls his eyes.) ""You really should be checked for diabetes. Do you know the percentage of overweight people in this country with diabetes?""
I asked him if he asks his thin patients whether they're anorexic. ""If they're extremely thin, I do, actually.""
I came in for a scraped knee. You're an urgent care doc. I have no symptoms of diabetes, other than what you clearly find to be an offensive amount of body mass.
