Quick back-story: I've owned 3 new vehicles in 3 different states and everyone of them has been redone because I wasn't satisfied with the original tint job. I am probably one of the biggest perfectionists you would ever encounter when it comes to things like the appearance of my car and that can sometimes turn into unnecessary aggravation on the part of the company I'm dealing with. That being said, after I got my car tinted at ABC (It was done by someone named John who said he was the manager), I felt it wasn't up to the almost impossibly high standards that I've come to expect. When I approached Freddie the owner, he could have simply stated that they're humans and nobody's perfect and I should just learn to understand that. Instead, he offered to do the entire car himself the following week for free, no argument whatsoever (I would never allow John to touch my car after that). When I got my car back the second time around, it was 5 times better. Unfortunately, John had scratched 2 windows as well as cut the rubber that surrounds the glass while tinting it the first time. I had to make an insurance claim for the damages because ABC couldn't repair those things. So I ended up paying $260 for a tint job which ended up causing over $1000 in damages to my vehicle. You do the math and then decide for yourself if it's worth doing business there.

This is a poorly run business, the owner, Freddie Lopez is incredibly unprofessional and when i told him my windows were not done to my satisfaction he told me he would not re-do them and then picked up a bucket full of water and made a throwing motion towards my car. I had to take my car back 5 times to have my tint re-done and finally gave up. He told me that bubbles were normal in tint, but having had 4 other cars, also tinted, this is the 1st time ive ever had a tinter tell me this. He claimed to be the best tinters in denver, but then also told me he had to close down 3 shops already...doesnt make much sense if he's so good. Also having taken my car to a PROFESSIONAL window tinting shop they showed me exactly what they were doing wrong and literally laughed at the job ABC Tinting did. If you are looking for you're car to be tinted correctly DO NOT GO TO ABC TINTING.
I agree with the other one star reviews... this shop may have been good when economy was ok... but i guess they just don't care anymore
Bad service very un professional and job was not done very well.. Bubbling in the back window and the sides and 3M mark was left on two of the windows the clear bra was done without cleaning and left white spots and bubbles and the ridge area is bubbling up.. left the car with dirty water stains and clear bra on the side mirrors was left bunched... very very disappointed and when called they told me to rub the 3m off with pure alcohol.. I dont think so.. DO NOT GO HERE
Had a similar experience to the past review but Freddie told us he fired the guy who did a bad job on our windows the first time but it was actually him that did the windows.....Had a horrible experience with this company. We got our brand new car tinting here and after a couple weeks we could hardly see out of the windows. We went back in and had him redo it. He admitted he did a bad job. So after the new tint was installed we had one small hole and a big glob of glue that was on the side. Freddie had a pretty bad attitude towards my wife and said he will not work with this car again. they fixed the hole but wasnt going to fix the big glob of glue.. So if you want a cheap job done go here. It was not even be close to being perfect. It will be cheapest around but thats the job your going to get done. I gave it two stars, not one becasue of the attempt to fix their bad job.
I recently took my newly purchased car to ABC to have all the windows tinted. On my way to work the next morning after having the car tinted, I noticed that the film on the two back-wing windows had obvious gaps that let light in, and the front side window had two sizeable scratches. I took the car back to ABC and got approval from the owner Mr. Lopez to redo the window, etc. but they couldn't do it that day and he asked if I would call and make an appointment when convenient. I called later on and set up an appointment with them to bring it in on the weekend. My appointment was for 2:30p, I dropped it off at 1:30p (second trip over) and it was the owner Freddie Lopez who was working and he told me the car would be done within 2 hours or so. Additionally, he mentioned to me that he had to fire the person who did my auto tint as his work was sub-par and he (Freddie) had to re-do some of his work. Later in the day I tried calling ABC but nobody answered and I knew they closed by 6pm - so my wife took me back over at 5:30p (third round trip over). Mr. Lopez was there and told me that he didn't have a chance to get to my car as he had an appointment to do another car that afternoon that the shop forgot to write down in the schedule book, and he would re-do my film after he finished the ‘forgotten’ job. Now, 7:40p rolls around and we get a voice mail from Mr. Lopez stating that my car is finished and ready and he put the keys under my mat and locked the car. We stop what we’re doing and my wife takes me back over there AGAIN (fourth round trip) to get the car. The car was moved from one side of the parking lot to the other which means he obviously drove my car... I get in the car and check the side window that had the two large scratches and a small ding mark in the corner, and I'll be a son-of-a-b*, the scratches are still there and the film was never removed/replaced!!! So the owner Mr. Lopez straight out lied to me that he ‘fixed’ it! He apparently had no intention of correcting the poor work his fired tint person did. I called the next day and expressed my displeasure with Connie and let her know what happened and she in turn discussed it with Mr. Lopez. Connie called me back and told me that Mr. Lopez told her that he looked at the window/tint and there was nothing wrong with it – funny, the scratches were quite obvious when I brought the car back in for them to look at right after the initial tint job, so obvious that they agreed to re-do it… I then asked again to have the initial scratched window and back-wings redone properly and Connie mentioned that she would need to get approval from Mr. Lopez. I never received a call back and Mr. Lopez didn’t even have the decency to discuss the situation with me personally. As a result, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I’ll be taking my car to another tint shop to correct the issues ABC wouldn't fix. I would like to mention that Connie and Bob were kind and easy to work with, but they answer to Mr. Lopez and nothing was done.
Be aware, your tint job is only as good as the person doing the tint regardless of the ratings and the ranking of the shop. If something goes wrong with the tint, or the job was done poorly, or you need warranty work done, you need to take it to a reputable shop that will gladly fix and stand behind their work and certainly not mislead or lie to the customer. The bottom line – although this may be a decent shop at times as a result of their front-line staff, if the owner lies, doesn’t want to fix shoddy work that his (ex) staff has done, and ultimately wont’ stand behind his shop’s work, he will do it again - and it just may be to you and your car... Caveat Emptor

We took our car here to be tinted a few weeks ago and the quality of the job was amazing. I have had 3 vehicles tinted before (at various places) and this was by far the best job anyone has done. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here or to recommend it to my friends!
I was told by a friend to go to ABC Tinting and Talk to Freddie Lopez, I was told that he does excellent work, so I took my car in there and Freddie and The guys at ABC tinting did a wonderful job tinting my windows in a timeless matter and the work was great. I couldn't find anything to complain about he has tinted many of my friends car's that I have reffered to him and they were all happy with the outcome. If you have a car that you want to get tinted I would definatly go to ABC Tinting company off of evans and monaco in Denver Colorado, next to goodyear tire. Great great work thanks Freddie, Robert, and Katie for the effort and customer service that you showed me.
