Terrible service. I do NOT recommend this company for your 02 needs - go elsewhere. Their customer service if piss poor and unresponsive, their record keeping is a shambles, and they probably should be audited by the MEDICARE FRAUD and INSPECTOR GENERAL's offices for possible double billing. Exordium: My most recent example was approx three weeks ago when I scheduled a delivery... no show and no phone call; last week I made a request to have my concentrator serviced... again, no show and no call. I call to find out what's going on only be told I need to qualify for MEDICARE, which I did - twice at their behest over the last 18-months. No info on these in their computer. Enough is enough - Transferring to another company.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get them to pick up the oxygen equipment for almost a year (my prescription was for 90 days only). They don't return calls, when you do get them, they tell you they need the stop request from your Dr., Yet they claim they never get it (mine was sent twice). They make you do this "test" and they supposedly send it your Dr. Then I left a stern message & their response was to send me another test, lying to me, telling me my Dr. requested it. But my Dr. didn't make any such request. In fact they have sent two (2) more requests to remove the equipment. I believe they are doing this to continue getting the insurance money. Rose Medical needs stop using them with their patients who are sent home w/oxygen.
No stars. My son needs to be on oxygen 24/7. He is on a large amount of it too, they gave us a bunch of tanks that only last him a few hours and when I called for refills they said they couldn't come refill his oxygen. When I asked sarcastically if when he runs out of air if I should take him to the hospital they said yes. Sarah is her name and she is the rudest person alive.
Worst company ever. Went home from surgery on oxygen, stopped using it after 3 days. Called them 10 times to pick it up. Never received a call back. Then they send a bill for $1000. Never the less me and my husband are taking them to court. We have records of us calling them to pick up machine but they say they did not receive a stop order request from the doctor, yet they did not receive a renewal notice for it either. The sales reps comes into the hospital room when you are drugged up and does not explain anything to you. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS and dishonest beyond anything you have ever experienced.
Will never do business with this company again! I came home from surgery on oxygen and they were the supplier that the hospital contacted. If this happens again, I will tell the hospital that I will not use them! They have not returned calls for 4 weeks, argue and are extremely rude every time I call and can get them to answer, will not tell me what my doctor needs to send to get them to pick up the oxygen. If they are billing my insurance company, I am stopping the charges. What a racket - worse than dealing with Comcast, and we all know that is horrendous! Run away from this unethical company - all of the horrid reviews cannot be wrong!
This is honestly the worst company out there. The 9540 E Jewell Ave # C,Denver, CO 80247 has horrible customer service and the drivers quit or get fired ever other visit. You wont see the same driver for long. Management will argue with you plus the staff turn over is high at this location as well, most likely due to they treat their staff as poorly as the customers. I also agree with Gr8alarmguy statement below. I can't believe the troubles I have with this company and anytime I know they are coming it is a huge pain as well emotional roller coaster. If they were a small business they would be out of business but sadly they are one of the largest oxygen companies in the country. This is why they can get away with treating people like garbage and they are not ashamed to act this way towards you.
The folks that run this business are about worthless. There is no communication between themselves, nor callbacks to customers. When you do call, the phone rings quite a few times, and then when someone does pick up, they act like they did you a favor by answering. I would strongly advise people seeking respiratory items to choose another source...these folks just don't seem to care. They only one that seemed to have his act together was the gentleman that delivered the equipment. He explained everything and made sure we understood.
This company doesn`t give a damn about patients..We were told that oxygen would be delivered within 2 hours of the initial call..Oxygen finally came after my mom was out of oxygen for 2 hours...THEY TELL YOU DRIVER WILL CALL,NEVER HAPPENS..WAITING FOR CALL FOR A BACK PACK FOR PORTABLE TANK,NO CALL
I am so pleased to have found this company. There are many places to go to for handicapped supplies and you never know how things will go. My sister is a paraplegic with cerebral palsy. She's on Medicaid and Medicare. Lynn knew just how to process the new wheelchair, she always responded to my phone calls. Dave spent 4 hours fitting her to the new chair. They made this so easy. One thing I especially liked was that Dave talked to my sister, worked with her and made her feel important. He didn't ignore her & just talk to me. This company is the best in my opinion, because probably anyone can get the job done, but these guys care about the customer.
