Potential disaster averted. I agree with a previous reviewer that it is difficult to get a human to answer the phone in the Delivery department. I tried unsuccessfully over a 12 hour period. When I finally reached a human my worst fears were realized; I was not on the next day schedule for delivery of my refrigerator as promised. Furthermore, they didn't seem to be able to locate my refrigerator. I called the Evans store in near panic since needing a working refrigerator is pretty much of a necessity, especially in this heat. Luckily for me Richard, the store manager answered the phone. He immediately gave his attention to finding my refrigerator and making certain the refrigerator was delivered Friday, as promised. In addition, I asked him to be certain he sent qualified installers because I really was not willing to put up with one more snafu. The installers, John and his assistant, Tom were knowledgeable, respectful of both my husband and myself and most importantly our home. They were pleasant, thorough and a joy. I truly appreciate Richard's successful and professional handling of the problem and profoundly appreciate John and Tom's skill and abilities , kind and respectful demeanor and thoroughness. As someone who was never going to set foot in this store again, Richard, John and Tom have convinced me to make this my first stop when I need an appliance or accessory.

My fridge finally died on 4/21/13. I did some quick searching of the area and found two main repair companies; A+ Appliance Service and "Big Mike's". Big Mike's had a professional looking website so I sent them a web request; it's two weeks later and I'm STILL waiting for a call from them (which I no longer need, thanks Dan!) After waiting 2-3 hours for a callback, I got fed up and left a ticket with A+ Appliance. Dan calls me back within the hour, has me check the freezer for frost and immediately knows exactly which part failed, how long it would take to fix and quotes me a complete cost on the spot. We made arrangements for an appointment the following day, at which time Dan later texts me to see if I can be available sooner 9:00AM, to which I agree. Dan shows up at 8:40AM the next morning with part in hand, has my fridge completely up and running by 9:35A and I'm at work no later than noon. Total food loss: $80, Dan saved me! Anyone who needs repairs on a major appliance, CALL DAN NOW!!! His website looks very basic, it's not as fancy as GE or other professional sites, but his service and pricing are superior to both. I expected to pay $400-500 to repair the fridge, it was half that. Thanks again Dan!
Being new to Colorado and new homeowners, we didn't have an established list of repairmen to turn to when our fridge stopped working last Easter weekend, so we opened up the phonebook and started calling different companies. Dan was the first person to return our call. He gave my husband some things to try over the phone, but in the end, had to come out. Within an hour he was here and quickly got the fridge working again. Today was the second time that we have turned to Dan to come to our rescue to fix our fridge, this time being an unrelated issue to the last. Both times have been positive experiences. It only took a quick phone call and within a short time he was here and the fridge fixed! He is extremely knowledgable of the various manufacturers/brands and is upfront and reasonable with his costs associated with his service. The first time he came to repair our fridge, he needed to go get a part but was prompt in his return, but today he had the part on his truck. Both times, he has provided a one year warranty on the repair. When future appliance issues occur, we will turn to Dan time and time again without hesitation. A+ Appliance Service is exactly what you get with Dan!
I called A+Appliance Service to repair my washer. I have recently lost my job and did not want to pay a big repair bill. A+ came out within an hour and fixed my washer at a price that I could afford. The service tech also informed me that he would give me information when I was ready to purchase any appliances with reguards to which brands have the most repairs. He even told me if it cost too much to repair my washer that he would help me find one I could afford. That is honesty!!!!I I will use this company again for repairs. It is really nice to find a company that you can depend on to be honest, affordable, and excellent service. Thank you A+Appliance.
I called A+Appliance Service to come out and fix my topload Kenmore washing machine. I was very impressed that Dan came out the same day that I called. I had called another appliance service before calling A+Appliance and was told it would be three days before they can come out. That wasn't going to work for my schedule. Dan got here on time and only took about fifteen to twenty minutes to fix the problem. I also thought the charge was pretty reasonable. He was very professional and friendly. I had a problem with my dryer, and to say the least, A+ Plus Appliance was the only service company who did not quote me an on-site charge before diagnosing the problem. After searching the website, Dan who I called, listened to the problem over the phone and immediately explained what the problem was, and educated me as to why it happens. I scheduled an appointment, he was courteous by calling me beforehand, and on-time. He quickly resolved the problem and was out in 30 minutes or less. I appreciated the customer service, promptness, and the repair service he provided. I will use Dan again on any future appliance issues.
Top notch service from the initial phone call through the end of the job. Dan was incredibly prompt, and walked in already knowing why my fridge was leaking! While he was here, he also determined why the ice maker wasn't working, and replaced the part (which he had in his truck) and had everything fixed and put back together all in about 30 minutes... and he kept me informed of what was wrong and what he was doing the entire time. Very speedy, fair, honest, and a great price! Definitely took good care of this military wife while my hubby was out of the country! Thanks again for the great experience!
My refrigerator was fixed within 20 minutes from the time Dan arrived at my door. He came in evaluated the problem and gave me a quote within minutes. He had the part on his truck, repaired and cleaned up the mess. This is the 4th different appliance repair company that I have used for various appliances in the last 3 years. This is the only time I got a fair deal. He was honest and didn't beat around the bush. No extra charges. Just a good job with a warranty. I now havew a reliable appliance technician and will use him for as long as he is in business.
I called Dan about my broken dryer because of so many good reviews online. I was definitely not disappointed! I called and got info from him so I could talk to my husband about having the repair done. Dan said he had the part and could get the dryer fixed today if I called back within a couple of hours. I talked to my husband, called Dan at 10:20 AM, and he said he would be at my house at 11:30, give or take a few minutes. He arrived at 11:29! He fixed the dryer and was gone by Noon. If we need appliance service again, I will definitely call Dan.
I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. My washer had a leak. When I called to discuss problem, Dan reviewed what he thought the possibilites were and said he should have all parts to complete the repair. My time frame was accomadated. I was given a two hour window, 11-1 with the assurance that Dan felt he would be there at 11. He was there at 10:59. All items that were needed to repair my washer were on hand. The job took 30 minutes to complete. I would call A+ for any future appliance service. Thanks for a great job.
