Amazing artists with so much skill. They are so welcoming and the shop has a very great vibe. It's SUPER clean and professional. If you need a great tattoo...don't go anywhere else. Sincerely Tattoo is incredible.

I had a layover in Denver and when I was riding the free mall ride this place caught my eye. The store is in a cool spot and I had been to one in New York so decided to stop inside. It’s a nice apparel store, however I experienced a problem and neither the store nor corporate would do much at all about it. I was searching for clearance and sale items and for whatever reason women’s t-shirts in a variety of colors and sizes were placed on the men’s side of the store on the very last row of shelves. I thought the shirt I picked out looked smaller than a normal medium but did not check to make sure it was a men’s shirt since that’s not something you normally do of course; you just assume it is. When I got back to Atlanta and was unpacking I finally noticed on the tag that it’s in fact a women’s shirt and at that point I was hundreds of miles from one of their stores. I called corporate and opened a case but the store didn’t think my incident warranted a small but full $6 refund since I never heard back from them.A corporate supervisor only offered me a $5 online promo code after I called back a couple weeks later and waited on hold for nearly 15 minutes which currently just equates to free shipping. They said it was a store purchase so there was nothing they could do but that I could mail it back to the store, which, after shipping would only equal around a $3 refund if the store ever processed my return.Although this small but growing outfitter has some neat clothing, some of which is decently priced, their complete refusal to handle such a small request means I won’t be shopping here in the future. If a customer isn’t worth a $10 online promo code then they can cherish what little money they got from my limited purchases but I’m unlikely making any more.
was considering getting tatted this weekend and had gotten a suggestion from my boy to check this shop out. After seeing the racial slurs on FB knowing that she has half black kids I'm cool and i will be sure to let everyone one I know of color not to support this business..... Times are to serious right now for this type of behavior from a business owner.
The owner if this establishment has used racial slurs and has been unprofessional to many many clients. Don't not support this business. Take your money else wear.
Great place. My only disappointment is how little the tattoo artist listened or looked at any of the ideas I wanted. It looks nothing like what I wanted and I feel like crying instead of showing it off. :(
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME/ BETTER BOUTIQUES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.I am a long time owner and resident in the neighborhood. I pride myself on shopping local, and giving the business back to the neighborhood. I have been a long standing customer of Sous le lit. Always coming in on my walks with my dog and using it as a go to place for gifts. In the past years I have probably bought over 20 pairs of shoes form this establishment. Greg has always been a shining face and a friendly help. Recently I purchased a pair of shoes that were damaging and awful quality. The brand was Miz Mooz, which was a rare thing as their shoes are always quality leather.. Thinking I knew the customer service well I called to see about returning them. It took a month of me calling every week and I still was not given any call backs or response. Upon going in I spoke with Greg who informed me the girls I spoke to had been let go and assured me he would speak directly to the shoe company. Still not hearing back after a week I emailed only to be rudely addressed by a Lisa. When I explained to her the situation with the customer service I had received I did not get a response. I again Called the store and the nice sales girl assured me that she would call the owners right away. Still not hearing back I sent a follow up email only to be rudely address again by lisa who then tried to place blame on me for being rude to her staff. This was outlandish to me. As a business owner myself I pride myself on customer service and would never place blame on a customer. It will ultimately be the stores loss, as they have completely lost my business/ I spoke directly with Mia Mooz and they are taking care of the situation for me. I am still a prime supported in shopping local, and will continue to do so. I would advise you to shop many other places then this run down poor quality store. Dragon Fly, Strut, Midnight rambler,: are all in the neighborhood and offer 100% better customer service as well as better quality items. Don’t waste your time at this store.

I enjoyed my tattoo artist he was very gentle and made me feel secure in about getting another tattoo he took his time he reassured me that everything was okay he was about his business the whole time very professional I enjoyed getting the tattoo by him and I will be there again thank you for the great experience thank you for the great tattoo and you shall see me shortly thank you so very much and endless tattoos
Firstly the staff at endless ink were super awesome. They were super welcoming and answered all my questions. They made sure I understood everything with some laughs on the side. I don't remember my tattoo artist name but I can tell you he had a very awesome/Classic old skool mustache the one that flips at the ends. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable. We talked about his art work and that helped ease my mind off the needle going in and out of my skin.This is my third time getting a tattoo done with you guys and I must say out of all my tattoos I like all the ones I have gotten at your shop so far more then any of my other tattoos I've gotten else where.All in all I wouldn't change anything I had a lot of fun talking with all the staff and even joking with the guy who does body piercings the environment was fun and Vivid and like always I will come back for more fun and tattoos. Thanks for being patience and taking your time to cater to my needs see you guys soon...
