I have gotten my hair and nails done at Aveda salons for over 5 years, and today was the last time I will ever go to one of their salons. Been going to Planet Lab for close to 3 years now since it's really close to work. The lady who used to do my hair isn't there anymore so they suggested someone else to do my hair when I was due for color about a month ago. He tried a new style on my that he recommended and it ended up turning out darker with orange and golden tones. The color wasn't left in my hair long enough is what I was told today when I went in to get the orange out of my hair. Hated my hair for about a month while I traveled for the holidays and for for work. The day I came back to town I went back to the salon to have the color fixed. They couldn't really get it back to what I used to have and loved, but it looks a little better. My hair isn't as orange anymore. I was told by the lady who "fixed" my hair today that I was not going to be charged for this service since she's fixing something that someone else there clearly messed up. The receptionist didn't agree with that and she ended up charging me, saying that it wasn't a "fix." They have a guarantee that you'll love your hair after getting it done there - well, they don't live by that anymore and were not interested in making it right. The $50 they charged me today to tone down the color lost them a customer of 5 + years. Hope it was worth it. Plenty of other salons to choose from, plus no more referrals which I used to always give them.
I have to agree with the other reviewers. So far this company won't admit that there is an issue with their games; therefore, they won't fix the problem either. Purchased a dragon during one of their events, I noticed 2 weeks later the dragon is gone and now they're saying I never bought it. Customer service keeps sending emails practically calling me a liar because they supposedly "checked my game." I know what I bought and if I wanted to try and cheat you out of something, perhaps I would've tried it with every event that's gone on, not just twice in 5 years when there was actually an issue. And I wouldn't have purchased rings for nothing. GET NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS!!!!
This statement is to say the business has not closed and is still operational on a limited basis inside the USA taking care of existing customers.

We had Sam come out to our house to install our internet and connect it with our xbox, Wii and TV. He also hooked up our printer for us and connected our lap top to the TV so I can get online right from my TV! He was great and was on time and very professional! He made all the cords and wires so nice and neat, its not a huge mess anymore! I would highly recommend 1st Marketing Source to anyone who needs help with there technical needs!
I agree. The design of the Dragonvale, wasn't well thought out also. They are thieves and liars. Getting the players to pay for gems, in order to purchase certain dragons, and the fireflies for the firefly event, is dishonest and unethical.
Awful customer service. You explain an issue to them, and they respond with lies or don't respond at all. These guys are crooks.
