We purchased a Samsung television at BestBuy Northglenn online for my mother who is failing and finds joy in her television programs. 33 days after purchasing the television it went out. They would not return the item since it was over the 30 days by 3 days!!! So I called Samsung for repair they sent out the technician who stated that BestBuy and Costco were not suppose to sell this model and it was to be returned to Samsung due to multiple failure. You all know the process.....red tape after red tape. After trying over and over to try to get help from best buy for an exchange they very rudely snubbed their nose at me and just took advantage of the disabled elderly the manager was rude and snobbish.....I wonder how many other times this has happened. I used to use Best buy for every electronic purchase in our home but from this day VOW to never reach ELITE status or even purchase anything from them again. This is suppose to be protected by the lemon law in Colorado....BEST BUY STINKS! BEWARE......

First let me tell you the above rating is for this store and this store only. I ended up at this corporate store after 2 days of sheer hell on the phone with customer service. The first person, I'm sorry to say was just a rude jerk that wants a paycheck and does no work, I also spoke to a manager, or that is what he titled himself. After 25 years in banking in the Quality Assurance Department if one of our employees ever treated a customer the way I was treated they would immediately be dismissed. Sprint as far as I am concerned has NO customer service. So if you do decide to go with Sprint I advise you keep the address to your corporate store very handy. These are the only people that will help you with any problem. If you call the customer service expect to be on the phone for a long time with nothing but frustration and transferred or mostly dropped calls. Last week I called on Monday at 8am and was exhausted, frustrated, and had no outcome at 10:45am. Following day worse.
Sam is outstanding. We have had parts on two appliances fail over the past 3 months and he has gotten us the correct parts to fix them. Sam is always professional, is an expert, provides great customer service, is dependable, returns calls quickly, and is so personable and friendly to work with.
It's been a pleasure working with Listen Up while experiencing issues with the Marantz receiver I bought there last year. I took my unit in for repair and they sent me home with a loaner of equal quality. A few weeks later a brand new unit was shipped to my door, followed by an in house service call to ensure I was happy with the product and installation and offer any tips on how to improve my setup. I needed an HDMI splitter and the lady who helped me was very knowledgable and helpful. They had exactly what I needed and it was great that they were only a couple of blocks from the convention center!!! This will be my go to electronic store in Denver.
Avoid this place at all costs. Spent thousands of dollars purchasing new appliances for a kitchen remodel. Complete lack of care for the customer, they are quick to make promises of delivery dates and call-backs but never follow through.Their last promised delivery of Friday came and went, they say delivery will be made next week, but I am not holding my breath.Every time we call them, they say they are "doing everything" they can to help us out, then don't call us back when they say they will.I would have gladly spent hundreds of dollars more somewhere else to avoid this disaster.
This company is SOOO bad. Our fridge didn't work. Repair guy came out and said it had after market parts in it. Called the store was called a liar........!!! Yes they called me a liar that is the extend of there customer relations. RUN, go to Sears.
