Asked for a specific coil. One of the employees switched it out for a different brand that I've tried and disliked. Didn't tell me they were out of the one I wanted, otherwise I would have come back when they were in-stock. No big deal.I hated the coil he gave me, came back the following Monday to see if they had the right ones. He told me quite rudely that he *had* informed me that he was giving me a different brand. He was so insistent, and this wasn't the case so I walked out. Now I'm banned. Thanks guys.Management has always been great, but some of their staff need to drop the attitude.
I visited Mistery while on a business trip to Denver. I had been thinking about quitting smoking and stopped in as I have some friends that tried "vaping" and easily got off cigarettes. I was amazed at the time that the owner spent with me helping me understand the what and how of vaping. I bought a starter kit and some "juice" after I tried a few at the bar. What a great experience. I haven't had a cigarette for 3 days.
Getting jerked around! I contacted Rage about some olympic plates on their site that would qualify for some free shipping and was told that they would need to check to see how many they had in stock but would get right back to me. 3 days later I receive an email stating that they don't have enough in stock to cover my order and would need to drop ship them from the manufacturer at a cost of $625. I told them I would like only the plates they have in stock because of the shipping special and they again said they would have to check to see what they actually had in stock. A few days later I again receive an email stating "we are be able to reduce the shipping by sending one fully loaded pallet from our warehouse but we can not avoid shipping directly from (manufacturer) on the items we do not have in stock." I again called to find out exactly how much of my order they had in stock, only to talk to a new rep who states they never carry those in their warehouse and that I will have to pay the $625 to ship the entire order from (manufacturer). After telling him that I was told they could cover shipping for "one fully loaded pallet" he agreed to that but told me they would only allow 150 lbs!!! That would be 3 plates! That by no one's definition amounts to a "fully loaded pallet"!! They are doing everything they can to avoid their original commitments.
