This was a very fast process I refinanced in under 4 weeks and they were one of the lowest rates on Zillow. He spent a long time answering my questions he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
This business should come with a warning label. I have been dealing with Naca three years, over a loan they assured me would be quick and easy. In this amount of time I have had 8 different counselors, no phone calls to inform me that my counselor quit. I just found out my last one quit over two months ago and no one contacted me as usual. They do not return phone calls or emails and I am going to report them to the BBB. They are holding up my automotive business because they say not to aquire or request any loans while they are supposedly helping me get a home loan. I would suggest going to a loan shark instead, the logic being way less complicated and painless.
The people here at Federal Savings Bank are so genuine, knowledgeable and they deliver with the best expertise. I highly recommend this bank for all my business and personal needs. Ask for Gary Crist and he will show you the way with anything
I had thought that having a local friendly bank would be the thing for me but not when they get too into your personal life. I was having problems with my husband and separated three times over 5 years. Each time I had to close my Bank of Denver account and open a new one. I wasn't doing it for fun, my marriage was crumbling and I did not want to put my finances in jeopardy. But the last time the manager said that that was the last time and they would not open another account for me if I closed the joint one. Now mind you I had had a savings account for 8 years with The Bank so I thought they would be more helpful to a long time customer. When I called to complain they never got back to me and so I have changed to Wells Fargo. I don't care about "personal" service if you are so rude that you cannot open a new account for me because yet again my marriage did not work so yes, that's my fault and according to The Bank of Denver I don't deserve a checking and savings account because I cannot keep my marriage together.Oh and the kicker, they gave my ex-husband an account and then tried to get me to cover it when they called to tell me it was over drawn. Good luck suckers. You've lost a customer for life. And by the way I may not have been a big enough fish but I bet that Wells Fargo is plenty happy to take tens of thousands of dollars from me for my mortgage interest.
they just approve credit cards to those who have a lot of money in their accounts, no matter they have Social Security Number or not. If you do not have money more than 10 000 in your account, even though you have SSN, they will deny your application of credit card with other reasons. Such a snobbish Bank!!!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would!!! Terrible experience, almost lost our earnest money and the house we wanted to purchase. We started the loan process for a refinance to put a down payment on a house to purchase in early April with Britt Boyles. We were told our loan would be approved and signed initial disclosures with First Option in early May. We then went under contract for the purchase closing 6/6 and were assured by Britt that the refinance would be done in plenty of time to have cash at the 6/6 closing, and that funds would be available a few days after the appraisal was complete. Once the appraisal was done 5/15, Britt claimed that he never told us the funds would be available soon after the appraisal, and also claimed that he didn't even know about the closing on 6/6. For some reason, despite first assuring us that the loan would close in time, Britt could not get us approved. Every day he needed additional documentation and asked for the same things more than once. He waited for weeks to put the file into underwriting even though he knew it was time sensitive. We almost lost our earnest money and the house we wanted to buy. We had to go to another lender and extend our contract and pay $120 per day for 12 additional days plus pay for a second appraisal. The other lender was able to get us approved within the 12 days. All together the incompetence of Britt and his manager John Warren cost us over $3000. I have never experienced such incompetence and unprofessionalism, and we have reported them to the bbb where there are several similar complaints already filed. Should have checked there first!!!
