Office staff is Horrible!! I have had to contact my insurance company to deal with them three different times. Office manager pretends to be different people. I have had to threaten to call the police just to receive my refund and prescription. Way to much drama for glasses and contacts.

Absolutely wonderful! I have a family of 8, we all get seen there by dr. Kenny. He was great with our four year old daughter, who is really shy but he was able to get her to respond. The rest of the faculty are great as well. bsolutely wonderful! I have a family of 8, we all get seen there by dr. Kenny. Insurance/billing fraud! BEWARE! When I asked what they charge for an eye exam the lady in the office told me it would be $99 if you didn't have insurance to help cover that. I have insurance, so I should be able to expect some coverage. Well, no...when I saw my bill, they charged me/insurance $166 for the general exam portion + an extra $55 for the refraction (which is the prescription) + are attempting to bill me an addtional $60 and claiming that that is for the contact lens prescription! 1st, I never asked for a glasses prescription (only wanted contact lens prescription), 2nd they didn't do two separate things to generate the glasses prescription vs the contact lens prescription, 3rd I didn't even have to have a fitting for which contacts I needed as I knew exactly which brand I wanted! When I called the office to ask about this Amanda in billing couldn't answer my questions for what exactly in my visit these extra charges were for, she passed the phone to someone else who also couldn't answer the question. I asked why they charged for the glasses prescription then if I didn't want it or know it was "separate" they said "Well, your insurance allows us to bill it" and kept going in circles while you could hear them almost laughing. I guess with them it's probably better to say you don't have insurance! They'll apparently charge you $99 as opposed to a total bill for you and insurance to split of $281!! I've turned them in to the BBB and reported them to my insurance company for insurance fraud!
I have been taking my grandsons to this place for exams and glasses for years. I lost the business card so had to look it up. I noticed no reviews and had to create one. The Dr. is great. He is so good with the boys. You can tell he loves kids. The office manager is also very nice and helpful. We never have to wait long to get an appointment and when we go in there is never a very long wait to be seen. Its hard to come by a medicaid provider that is not so over packed that you have to wait forever. I will always take my grandkids here and will recommend it to anyone on medicaid.I am not sure what other insurances they take.
