After driving from Loveland, I was told that my drop-off-at-the-terminal shipment could not be unloaded because they had no forklifts that could get down to the ground. It was obvious that if they had wanted to, they could have found a way. The guy treated me like I had done something dumb. I recommend someone else, even if it costs more.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is HORRIBLE! Don't EVER use them. I had a delivery schedule from 8AM-12PM. At 12:15 I hadn't received a phone call or any notice they would be late or why. I called them and was told, "the driver is on a complicated delivery and you're next on the list. He'll call you shortly." An hour later, still no call. So I called back. Different person, same response. "The driver is on a complicated delivery, he'll call you soon." 3:30 PM: still no call. So I call again. Same response. This time I said, "no, he won't. I've been given this exact same answer for the past three and a half hours. He still hasn't called. The call will not be 'soon' if it's another three and a half hours." They were very apologetic and put the supervisor on the phone to speak with me. The supervisor basically just tried to justify the entire situation instead of apologize and say this behavior is completely unacceptable. She told me, "the delivery driver is at an extremely complicated installation. He's basically assembling an entire closet. That's why it's taking so long. He said he will be done and at your place within two to two and a half hours. He'll call you 30 minutes beforehand to let you know he's on his way." Ok that's fine. I understand complicated jobs, but don't tell someone their delivery will be there between 8-12 and try to justify it like it's completely normal when they're now 4 hours late. As I'm writing this, it's 7PM. STILL no call and no bed. Absolutely unacceptable. I have no idea how a company that's this poorly run is still in business. Save yourself the trouble and DON'T EVER USE THEM!!!
I was having my truck worked through the night so i went to dispatch to ask to get a room and the lady there was so rude and refused to give me a room. So i ended up sleeping in the drivers lounge and leaving the next day with the worse sore back. I should have known how bad the place was when i drove in and how unorganized the parking lot was. In the future i would avoid this place. We drivers work too hard to be treated like second class citizens.
