While I got a decent pre-owned 5th wheel at a relatively fair price (the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1), Windish did not follow through as promised. I bought with the intention of living in the unit immediately and through the winter. I was assured by the sales person that the trailer would be delivered de-winterized and very thoroughly checked over to ensure that everything worked properly (this was especially important since I have no way of moving the trailer for repair). I did receive a "walk-through" at purchase, but not knowing much at all about these things, I didn't know enough to know that the employee had very little knowledge of the trailer I bought (he failed to mention several key features). Not only did Windish fail to de-winterize, but they also failed to catch a water pump issue and a thermostat problem. Had they gone through the trailer as thoroughly as promised, these things should have been caught. I called a number of times to address the issues with Windish, but after failing to reach a live person I resorted to email. The first person that responded seemed mostly annoyed that a 'service' issue had been direct to him. Te second person to call appeared helpful up until I explained that I had no way of transporting the trailer to Windish for service. I was told she would talk to the GM and call me back. It had been two weeks and I've heard nothing.

I just purchased my new Silverado from here 4 days ago and I was so impressed with these guys and gals, that I promised I would give them a great review. My salesperson Joel, was patient and not pushy....he helped put everything in perspective for me....he even helped me get a lower rate on insurance for my new Silverado. He knew exactly what i needed to try a new lease. And just when I thought I was ready to go, their finance department put the cherry on top. They went over all the details in my paperwork and even recommended some pretty awesome option to take care of my new truck. Joaquin the finance manager really helped me understand my options and benefits with leasing...if all goes well i hope to always lease a new car from them. Once I was done with my paperwork Joel walked me thru taking delivery of my Silverado. He went thru it with tidious detail. He showed me everything from how to check my tire pressures on the dash to how to even set the clock. I am trully astonished the level of Superior service I have received. CHEVROLET needs to recognize these guys for their awesome service. I told Joel that I will be sending all my friends and family to him so that they too can receive the high quality service I have received. I recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Durango from Skyline. I first contacted them on their website to confirm that the vehicle was available. I promptly received information about the Durango. When I called to arrange a time to look at the vehicle, I visited with Ed Burton, who said he would have the vehicle ready. When I arrived, Ed had the Durango ready as promised (he had even taken it to a gas station to add fuel before I got there). I mentioned that I had seen the Durango advertised in the Denver Post as part of their end of the year sale. I expected that there would be some catch and that there would be additional costs or fees in addition to the sales price - but pleasantly, there were not. There were no high pressure tactics at all. Ed answered all the questions I asked, gave me the Carfax info, and told me what the final cost would be after taxes were added to the sales price. This was the most hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had - and I've bought quite a few cars over the years. I am very satisfied with the Durango and with Skyline. And i recommend Ed as a salesperson. All in all, a very good buying experience!
We moved to Denver recently and needed to purchase a reliable car for our family. We did the perfunctory online search using three separate resources and found a few cars that fit the requirement. I called on them but did not gain much confidence from most of the sellers I spoke with over the phone. I then visited a few lots in south Denver and Englewood but became concerned by the fast talk, the lack of specific knowledge about the cars, and the reluctance to provide warranties, etc. After awhile, I just gave up on the process – then school started and my wife and I were challenged with scheduling for work, the kids, and other commitments so we were back to the search. I feel fortunate that the next car I looked at was on the MGM Auto sales lot. Following the test drive, Roger and his team encouraged me to have a third party mechanic go over the car, MGM performed a minor repair, and they were fair on price. Roger and his group were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. We have the car and love it. It was actually the first enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had.
This company is absolutely awesome! Before going to any company I am always one who reads reviews on the company. Not that I always pay attention to everything that is written about a company because of course there are just a-lot of people just like to complain and some of what they say in non-sense. When it comes to this company I was impressed by a few things. The 1st thing is for a dealership that is small in size with a limited amount of staff they all really work together to help their customers unlike what most people think of use car lots and how sleazy these places can be. They are also very fast with paperwork. I noticed that not only outside but inside they all work together. The cars are prices great and they were literally saw between 5 workers them selling to 8 different customers. Unlimited Motors was a breath of fresh air. If you are one who doesn't like to be pressured into a car purchase they are definitely the dealership to visit! Not only are they veteran owned they also hire people with disabilities and diversities as well which I absolutely love to see!
Steven is the on-line sales guy and he was easy to work with. He also has a 2008 Evo and was very excited that I was looking for one. He got me the price I wanted, all the warranties transferred over as they should, he knew everything about the car and was able to answer all my questions honestly. I asked him questions about the car, the warranties, the price ranges, NADA price guides...I knew all the answers already, I just wanted to make sure I was dealing with an honest guy. Steve pulled up the CARFAX for me. We found there were two recalls with the car I was looking to buy and to prove the recalls were fixed, the service department printed out the receipts for me to keep as proof the work was done. The dealership itself looks kind of ghetto but they are a diamond rated dealership for service and they are a BBB business. So don't let the appearance of the interior discourage you. If you are looking for a car, go check out Skyline and ask for Steven before making a purchase.
I purchased a used car from Midtown Motors about 2 years ago. Before I bought it, they fixed the AC without charging extra. (I can't remember the name of the guy who sold it to me, but he was very nice.) Last September, the AC stopped working, but I decided to not worry about it until summer. I took it to Firestone last week to get the AC fixed, and they fed me some BS. Instead, I swung by Midtown to have them take a look at it and confirm or deny what Firestone had said. Their "AC expert", Steven, looked at my AC. He showed me Firestone's incorrect information. He then charged my AC for me, and it's been working ever since. I have been so impressed with Midtown, as this was my first car buying experience, and these guys are great. I'm so thankful to them for saving me $800. I will absolutely recommend Midtown to anyone looking for a new used car. And extra special thank you to Steven for taking care of me, and for not taking advantage of me. I very much appreciate your help.
I was really impressed with the level of service I received from this company. They were informative and patient. I spend the last month shopping for a car and normally I buy new but I absolutely hate the atmosphere of dealerships in general. They are usually too pushy and try to sell you on cars and products I do not need. I also tend to be very indecisive. Joe was the sales person I dealt with here and he was not pushy at all , did really well explaining things about the car and the products I could buy. In addition he also spent time time showing me several vehicles before I made my final decision. I liked how it was a family feeling from the moment I walked in the door. All of the staff seemed really happy to be there and they all talked to me and made sure I was comfortable. I really enjoyed my time there and love the car I purchased. They even made my dog feel comfortable. I will refer others here and if you are in need of someone helping you this is the place to visit!
I Recently have been searching for a bmw and i have been jumping from lot to lot and l couldn't find one i like, atleast not for the price i was able to afford until i got to mazal motors. I spoke with a man named David very professional knows his cars very well.On top of great customer services his lot is magnificent i felt like i was on a car show ,not a car lot, all his cars were detail washed, very clean inside and out, a lot of the cars he showed me had low mileage with very affordable prices. they're were some paper work that was included which took a little while to fill out and process but definitely worth the wait. I have been driving my 5 series bmw for over 3 months now and i love it. No problems with the vehicle passed with the bmw inspection that no damages have been done to the car with the previous owners

To me this is worth more than any incentive other dealerships might throw at you. I bought my car from here 2 months ago. I have been so happy with it. The process, from start to finish, was hassle free the sales person I worked with helped me get a lower interest rate on my loan, which helped me get a better deal and qualify for a better car.Overall, I was happy with how quickly the whole process went. Everyone who came through smiled and said hi. There wasn't any pressure to buy a car, they were patient while I looked at 10+ cars.
